First and foremost Luke is an excellent host who was super friendly, helpful and always available to answer any questions or additional requests we had. Given he had an infant with us, he was very flexible where possible with check in/check out times which was a big help for us. The place overall is a lovely kitted out barn with a great living space. The pool table was a massive plus and the kitchen and bedrooms were perfect - another great bonus is the number of en-suite rooms. Highly recommend this property for any family get togethers / chilled, social events etc. The welcome basket with biscuits and beers was also a very welcome surprise and nice touch. We had a great long bank holiday stay and thanks again for your hospitality Luke.

Great stay, house as expected. It is near a school so expect traffic if arriving just after 3pm! There’s an off licence over the road which was handy! Lots of parking. Beds were comfy with nice bed linen!

Amazing apartment- the jacuzzi was comfy with great view- champagne and lots of treats. Definitely recommended

Lizzie’s place is great! Really great space with a comfy bed, good shower, space to work and space to cook and relax. Well equipped kitchen and good wifi. Convenient location to walk to Moseley for shops/restaurants/bars. Lizzie’s communication was spot on - clear instructions and helpful and attentive. We stayed here as it’s close to family for Christmas, will definitely stay again and recommend it to the rest of the family

The property was very clean, spacious and well laid out, each bedroom was accommodating, the living room was well laid out and comfortable. Easy check in with an easy to use lockbox and host sent instructions with plenty of time which was clear and easy to use. Location is ideal for anyone visiting NEC with local shops not too far away. Property was easy to keep warm and plenty of windows to keep property cool if it was required

Andy is a brilliant host. He's responsive, flexible and really made our stay better by being so easygoing. The home is lovely - clean, tidy, and even more spacious than it seems in the photos. It was warm and cosy and Andy was thoughtful enough to leave shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in the bathrooms as well as milk, eggs, bread, tea, coffee, and sugar in the fridge and kitchen. The kitchen could perhaps be a little better equipped, since there weren't any oven trays or a cheesegrater and there was only one chopping knife. I, personally, couldn't get the pizza oven hot enough so we ended up having to do our pizzas in the oven in the kitchen, but I'm quite certain that was user error rather than any fault with the oven itself, which Andy had helpfully set up with kindling and logs before our arrival. The barbecue had also been set up ready to go, though we didn't use it. The hot tub was clean and the whole outside area was very welcoming. I highly recommend this property.

Visiting from Australia this was our second time staying in Matt’s accommodation and once again absolutely perfect! Home away from home, we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. Every thing you need and location is perfect, just short stroll to canals, Merry Hill a massive shopping mall, short drive to Black Country Museum, Cadbury World and so much more! Thank you so much!
