Booking this place is worth the price! The host is friendly, the place is spacious and private. Also, it's very close to Ji'an station so, it's very convenient. Had our best time in Hualien, staying here is one of the reasons why. Will definitely come back!

The traditional house was spacious, very clean and beautifully furnished. After struggling to find sleep in our previous accommodation, we were very grateful for the soft bedding and the quiet provided by the location. There were two bathrooms, which was ideal for us as a group of four, so no one had to wait in line. Comet and her sister are very lovely people and accommodating hosts. We’d like to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts to you (and A-gǒu 🐶) for letting us stay at your beautiful house and for making it such a memoriable trip for us. It’s obvious that you put in a lot of love into that home. And thank you for the frozen buns you gave us ❤️ That was such a lovely and thoughtful gesture, and they were very tasty! 🙏🏼🥰

5 nice rooms in an apartment, nice for big family or group of friends to spend a few days in Hualien. Responsive host.

Eine sehr tolle Unterkunft, der Weg von Bahnhof ist angenehm kurz und auch in die Innenstadt ist es nicht weit. Es war makellos sauber und die Kommunikation mit dem Host war super. Gerne wieder!

Budget-friendly, conveniently located across from Hualien's train and bus station. The complimentary daily hospitality was exceptional. I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you. I will return.

No regrets about Jeff’s apartment. Everything well and good. Location is right in the middle of town and the nearby night markets. The popular one is of course the Dongdamen night market where there are numerous food stalls. If you arrive at the train stn fm Taipei, you may be approached by taxi drivers. They are friendly and you would be charged by the meter. It’s about TWD150 to Jeff’s place. Jeff’s place is a 10mins walk to the beach areas. If you drive a car just park at the designated carpark by the roadsides. The parking marshal would issue you a tix place at yr wiper n you may pay them physically at the nearest 7-11 or family mart. Free parking fm 10pm-10am. Jeff’s place is very safe and secure and the duty guard is very friendly. Assisted us to book a taxi on our first day. We would love to come back to Jeff’s place in future

隔音好，在巷弄裡面很安靜，房源空間大

Loved the place, huge space with great facilities. Kitchen is very good for cooking your own meal, and couch to relax and watch Netflix. Beds are comfy, and can be rearranged easily. Great wifi, and great view from the balcony. 10/10 would recommend. The host is super friendly and responsive.

房間地板很乾淨打赤腳也沒問題，有提供洗衣機很方便，雖然停車位沒有保留車位但至少有位置停，沒位子的話附近有國小也可以停車走路五分鐘的距離，彈性時間入住很方便只要找到位置輸入密碼就可以。房東還有熱情介紹好吃的地方讚讚

房東人很好，住房空間很大，整體算溫馨，蠻適合朋友或家人一起來，感覺可以徹夜玩桌遊😂，還可以自己煮飯，只是床位不多～

我們來花蓮遊玩一周，非常享受在這間公寓的住宿體驗。公寓整潔乾淨，空間十分寬敞，明亮通透，整體品質非常出色。我們喜歡它的位置，非常便利，火車站、餐廳、超市和便利商店都很近，我們可以步行到很多想去的地方。每個房間都有獨立空調和風扇，加上天花板高挑，感覺涼爽舒適。所有的設備，包括洗衣機，都非常好用。來花蓮之前，我們有點擔心潮濕的空氣會讓洗好的衣服很難晾乾，但是把衣服晾在後陽台上，總是有很清爽的微風，衣服很快就乾乾爽爽。公寓是在一个安全宁静的居民区。房東非常善良周到，讓我們的花蓮之旅特別愉快開心。這是我們近些年旅行中住過的最好的地方之一。強烈推薦，下次再來花蓮一定還​​住在這裡！

This place is great for a stay in Hualien. Livia was super nice and helpful, gave a lot of local recommendations and made our stay here amazing.

謝謝Ivy準備的一切，小窩因位於5樓沒有電梯，Ivy還會先確認好是否能接受才收取租金。一進門就會看到ivy準備的卡片以及點心，桌上還會有附近的美食攻略，每一間房間都非常的舒適溫馨，謝謝Ivy的用心，這幾天我們過的很愉快
