Holiday rentals with a patio in Jindřichův Hradec District

Pavel is the perfect host. The apartment is clean and modernly equipped. We use the sofa bed in the living room as an additional sleeping option. Breakfast on the terrace was possible thanks to the umbrella. Beautiful walk to Trebon directly from the apartment. It was the perfect getaway.

It took some time for us to find the house. Great location. At least in the off season - we were there over Easter - absolutely quiet, mega idyllic. Perfect for 4 people. If the wood-burning fireplace is running, it is chubby warm in the house. For the bathroom, however, you need an electric heater, as it is located in the basement. Without a heater, it is an ice cave. However, water is nice and hot. Keys handover and final payment absolutely no problem. Always worth another vacation!

This is an amazing airbnb, we felt right at home and greatly enjoyed the secure and private outdoor spaces. There was some confusion at checkout, we ended up ready to depart earlier than expected and the hosts didn‘t want us to leave until they had „checked“ the airbnb. This left us feeling quite uncomfortable. We agreed to stay to handover the keys in person, although it seemed unnecessary. I can only assume the hosts have had a bad experience with previous guests, but watching them rushing into the house to „check“ it before we departed left a bad feeling for us. We hope they reconsider this expectation for future guests, as it was the one disappointment in an otherwise lovely stay.

Communication with Alice was great, really very nice and accommodating. Could/were also allowed to check in a little earlier than planned. The house, front yard and back garden are really nice and big, all exactly like the pictures. It just needs to be noted that you are very dependent on a car. Currently, there are no sidewalks yet.

We stayed in the accommodation for the weekend. We both enjoyed it very much, the location was very nice and quiet. The accommodation was clean and modern. There is actually everything you need nearby, lots of restaurants and shopping. I'm sure we'll be back !

We had a great stay at the house. It was super equipped (we didn't miss anything) and clean. The lake can be reached in a few minutes, there is a large sunbathing area and sports facilities (tennis, volleyball, football). The outdoor facilities of the house were (still) a little unloving, but this is probably due to the fact that the house is quite new. The communication with Jindrich was friendly and straightforward.

The cottage is comfortable, fully equipped. 2 separate bedrooms, living room and kitchen with foosball table. The cottage has central heating, so it can be heated for the night. (need to contact the owner because the boiler is out of reach). The cottage has a spacious hallway for bikes and clothes drying, a terrace and convenient parking in front of the property.

We can only recommend the cottage. Especially for those who need a little break from the hustle and bustle of city life or just love nature, the location in the middle of nowhere right on a small lake is just perfect. The cottage is well equipped. It is lovingly decorated, well maintained and clean, the beds comfortable and there are also toys for the children on site. We didn't miss anything in the kitchen either. Check-in and check-out were also straightforward. The essentials of food can be bought in the neighboring village in the penny. There you can be in 5 minutes by car. You can also go for a perfect walk in the area. In the vacation home, there is also a folder with excursion destinations. We enjoyed our stay. Eliška is a great hostess and we'd love to come back.
