We have a fridge, oven range, IH stove, coffee tools for coffee lovers, and a toaster that is very popular with bread lovers, so you can enjoy your stay in elegance. It is cool at high altitudes, and from October to May (or so, depending on the weather), you can also enjoy the fireplace burning brightly. The storehouse has thick walls, so you don't have to worry about the sound like a normal private lodging. Loud music is also OK if you close the windows. ★Outdoors Enjoy breakfast and coffee on the terrace with a great view, or use the outdoor fire pit and barbecue. (No loud noise outdoors after 8 pm.) We also provide rural activities such as strawberry picking, summer vegetable harvesting, and firewood chopping. ※ In summer, insects usually come out, so please refrain from booking if you don't like them.

Relax in a small port town. We have self-renovated an old house built about 70 years ago. Spread out and relax in our little home in the port town. There are steep stairs (with handrails) and steps as it is an older home.We would appreciate it if you could take care of small children and those with bad feet. Frying pans, pots, knives, cutting boards, chopsticks, forks, spoons Plates, tea bowls, cups, mugs, kitchen scissors, bottle opener Appliance items: fridge, washing machine, hair dryer, Kettle, toaster, microwave, rice cooker * Because it is eco-friendly, we do not have disposable toothbrushes or shaving.Please buy it at the nearby convenience store if you need it or bring it with you. * There is no TV.There are a few books and there is internet, so please enjoy your time slowly.

Our stay facility is a traditional Japanese style house and you will stay in the main building. One day one group and possible to stay up to 4 people. It is possible to stay with your dog. (However, in the tatami room, we will ask you to put he/she in a cage.)

It’s located in a village called Karato Oka. You’ll find the Teshima Museum and rice terraces within a short walking. The guesthouse is a Japanese wooden house with only one room, so you can use privately. The room on the second floor has a slightly lower ceiling, giving it a cozy cabin or tea room feel. From the window, you can see old houses, mountains, and persimmon trees, with the morning light streaming in. Experience an extraordinary space and time, inviting you to cherish the moment.

Former traditional Japanese confectionery shop(Machiya house). Good access to the Tadanoumi port(about 10 minutes walk) and JR Tadanoumi station(2 minutes walk). You can take the ferry to Okunoshima(rabbit island) from the port. Near-by sightseeing spots: Mt.Kurotaki, Kaguya-hime museum, Preservation district of important historical buildings in Takehara city. Optional dinner is available at cafe area with extra charge. We are sorry but you will hear the noise from the cafe from 8am -11pm.
