The Roncador farm space is part of the farm that belonged to my grandfather and where my mother raised her children. The house has been recently renovated and expanded, and the outdoor space of approximately 10,000 meters is being lovingly shaped. During your stay, you will enjoy space to walk to the sound of birds and waterfalls, as well as sport fishing in the two lakes. Meals can be prepared in a space with a wood-burning stove and barbecue next to the pool, and on cold days, by the fireplace

Large pier on the dam, beach on the lake, hammock area, fixed location for a bonfire, waterfall, trails, large reforestation, pasture with dairy cattle, outdoor tables. Wi-Fi, SmartTV and Alexa.

It was designed with space optimization and comfort in mind, to live in harmony with nature. Built with ecological materials, demolition woods and permaculture techniques. The house receives sunlight all day. At night, it is possible to enjoy the starry sky without having to face the mountain chill.
