It includes a dining space, a sofa, and a totally equipped kitchenette. There is air conditioning in the bedroom and the common area, and the property has an emergency generator. They are located on the large deck with and are fully equipped for 2 guests. A car is a must, we are not walking distance to the beach. The beach is a 5 min drive down the hill.
