On the first floor of the villa there is a larger room with a bar for partying, next to the dining room, as well as a kitchen and 2 toilets. On the second floor there are separate rooms for working, sleeping. In the house there are fireplaces, heating by agreement. The nature surrounding the villa is beautiful, parking, convenient access.

You have access to a river-side house with a 75m2 private entrance: living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, toilet, shower, entrance hall and terrace. On the vast grounds of the farm property, it is possible to walk along the river and disconnect from the worries of everyday days. For an additional fee, it is possible to relax in the hot tub with led lighting and bubbles along the river or in the wood-burning sauna with an amazing view of the Põltsamaa river.

From this very well located place, you can easily take the whole family anywhere. We are located in the centre of Jõgeva, but we still have our own garden and a private home. The views are of the green park and the garden. Well-behaved pets are also welcome. You can make a small fire in the garden and enjoy the summer evenings. There are restaurants, a gym and the Kaunite Kunstide Kodu nearby.
