Two houses are connected to each other with a large terrace where you can enjoy the river view Here you can relax in a special way, hand in hand with nature. We have a sauna and swimming facility. Boat trip, bicycles included. We have an outdoor toilet Holiday with a special aura BBQ and making a bonfire. Delicious breakfast on pre-order for an additional fee. Pets allowed for extra fee Fast WI-FI. Bicycles included. The train station is 3 km away along a cycle and pedestrian path.

You have access to a river-side house with a 75m2 private entrance: living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, toilet, shower, entrance hall and terrace. On the vast grounds of the farm property, it is possible to walk along the river and disconnect from the worries of everyday days. For an additional fee, it is possible to relax in the hot tub with led lighting and bubbles along the river or in the wood-burning sauna with an amazing view of the Põltsamaa river.

Metsvahi holiday house is located in the middle of Jõgevamaa forests. It is an ideal place to escape from the routine and take a break from everyday responsibilities. You can walk along the beautiful forest paths, experience a real sauna experience, chill out in the pond after that, and enjoy the beauty of the starry sky in the hot tub sauna. This is a place to really rest and relax. Booking the main house, a separate sauna house, and, by agreement, a barrel sauna is possible.

Olemas on kõik mugavused: täisvarustuses köök, mugav voodi, vannituba, WC. Kuigi saad end siin mõnusalt eraldatuna tunda, on lähedal ka palju avastamist: Pangodi järv ja matkarada – 2,5 km, Elva matkarajad – 9 km, Otepää ja matkarajad – 18 km, Tartu – 28 km

Adorable Saunahouse with Patio, near Lake Viljandi

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).

Serenity Sauna at Sinsu Talu

This cozy place is perfect for group celebrations and family gatherings. Very beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Large sauna and large property to hang out. Sauna is free if there is more then 6 people. Otherwise there is €50 charge per day

A house with the bright space by the lake. Just 15 min drive away from Viljandi and you can enjoy tranquility surrounded by the nature. The house is built also for the winter conditions, meaning there is proper heating and heat insulation.
