The ®Hoam House is a chalet of a very special kind. With its loft-style interior, it is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Our highlight: a heated pool that is used as a hot tub in winter – with panoramic views of the Alps and close to Graz. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing getaway or a city break, you’ll find everything your heart desires here. The living area offers 2+2 beds (incl. comfort sofa). Right next door is the fitness studio, which is shared with Schmoltis Chalet. Our alpacas are also looking forward to your visit!

We completed this dream chalet with about 200 m² of usable space in 2020 to spend our vacations in the beautiful Lachtal together with our two children. Once a farmhouse and sometimes an aristocratic retreat, it now combines historic charm with modern comfort – from fiber internet to a panoramic sauna. Complemented by a chapel and inviting spots to linger. In summer Lake Lunz beckons, in winter ski resorts await, while cycling paths invite you from spring to autumn.

The cabin is located 1700 metres above sea level and therefore ideal for winter and summer.

It is accessible by car, has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living-dining area with a beautiful, large terrace.
