The place is true to the description, we came as a family including the four-legged blessings and we all enjoyed it very much. Very nice sized space to share with family or friends. It was a great plus to go at the end of the year. At the hotel there were fireworks and dynamics with Cantoya balloons, which made our experience more magical. It exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommended accommodation.

An excellent place to rest, feel at home, everything clean and tidy, I found the necessary users for cooking, cold jars for drinks; on the roof there is everything to see the sunset that looks spectacular! next to a roast meat, listening to music, the jacuzzi is incredible ! Adonis is a great host,always in communication, I was resolved the subject of the pool that was under maintenance, was flexible on my way out to allow me to wait for the adjuster since I had a mishap with the car; the air in each room is excellent, the towels were enough, you do not need to carry anything ! I will definitely come back.

It had all the amenities, very comfortable and excellent to rest, nice view of the lake and the very spacious pool. We really liked it!

We had an amazing weekend in Aurora's apartment. The facilities of the complex we loved and are excellent for resting and spending a time of tranquility. Aurora was always vigilant and her recommendations were excellent. We would definitely come back

Everything is in order, attention and a very nice place🫶🏼. Just a few details that can do a plus. There are only 2 cups and we needed 3 They only left one toilet paper roll started. There is no water bottle to drink, even if it is empty we can go for some for our stay. There are not enough cleaning users for the apartment. There are no matches to turn on the boiler and the instructions to do so. There are instruments for empty condiments and it would be good at least to have sachets of salt or sugar as a courtesy. I believe in a matter of hospitality it is not necessary to polish these details. Thank you 🫶🏼

We visited Elias' place, my family and my furry family too. We were looking for a place near the lake to be able to visit it and spend the most time there. Excellent accommodation for this purpose. Close to a beach (Coqueta) perfect for going with pets and children. We loved the air conditioning in the bedrooms, the access to the pool and the Jacuzzi. Very nice to go for a walk with dogs even until you get to the lake access. Only detail, the space would be much better used without the sofa-bed

Excellent service, the supportive boy called Asiel always available and attentive to everything, gives clear instructions, if you ask him for information from the TMB area excellent and even provided us with a transfer service to go to a concert in the garden of Mexico, I would definitely stay again. the place I loved it quietly

Apartment: Just like the photos, clean and had details that seemed great to us like leaving us towels to go to the pool. It is a very quiet and safe place, we rest very well because the quality of the bed was also good. We took our pet and were able to walk with her at night and make use of the pet park. We brought food and bought some more things in the seven eleven that is outside the complex, you have to consider that there are no more shops nearby (walk). We would love to come back!
