Welcome to a real log house, which is built after many hundred year old building desks in Norway. The house has modern facilities on a flat. You will have lovely bed linen, lots of pillows and lots of soft towels. The walls are logs and all floors are solid wood pine floor with heating cables. You can park several cars for free on the property and in the garage and you will be able to enjoy lovely views of the great nature. Bergen is only 25 minutes away. There are 5 beds in the house and two mattresses. What an experience!

Fogefonna sommerskisenter is one houer by car from us. There are many fine hiking in the surrounding area. The most famous are Trolltunga, Oksen and the waterfalls in Husedalen,Kinsarvik. It's nice to cycle along the fjord into Agatunet or against Utne with Utne hotel, and Hardanger Folkemuseeum .

Granvin is a great starting point for trips to Hardanger, Sognefjorden and Bergen ☀️ -20 min to Voss, which is the commercial centre for the region. -30 min to Eidfjord with Vøringsfossen, Kjeåsen and Hardangervidda -70 min to Odda - 1 hour 50 minutes to Bergen There are bus connections to Voss, Ulvik and Odda.
