Guest bedroom 1 has a queen bed and pull out couch, while Guest bedroom 2 has full-size bunks with a trundle and a twin. A full Jack and Jill bathroom connects the two guest bedrooms.

A Little Southern Charm tiny home is a warm, private, one bedroom, one bath, clean guesthouse with a serene view all throughout the year.
