To visit the hilltop villages: La Garde Adhémar, Clansayes, Saint Restitut, as well as the markets of Nyons, Vaison la Romaine, less than an hour away the Gorges de l'Ardèche, the Pont du Gard, the crocodile greenhouse, the gorges of Toulourenc, the castles of Grignan, Suze la Rousse, Mont Ventoux (visible from the terrace). This cottage for 2 people is located on the garden level. It has its own, easily accessible, independent entrance. With its Provencal decoration, it has all the comforts to guarantee you a pleasant stay. From your private terrace, shaded by a pergola, you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the garden and the vineyards. The 25 m² studio has a double bed (180 x 200) or two single beds (90 x 200), a fitted kitchen, a sitting area, and a shower room with a toilet. Reversible wifi and air conditioning.

Our home, features an original fireplace, flagstone floors, and local furnishings. Enjoy the courtyard garden and pool (a quiet relaxing space, our neighbours appreciate their tranquility too). The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

House, without exterior, in the village of Seguret. This is a house that was renovated in 2023 and offers excellent amenities. It consists of a large living room/living room with kitchen, upstairs 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms. This house is next door to our own house. You can use our swimming pool during the summer period from 1 June to 31 October: Mon–Fri, 9:00–11:00 and 14:00–17:00. The WE and holidays according to our availability. The pool is a 2min walk away.
