Kyoto Seifuan is a traditional Kyoto townhouse inn, located a little way down an alley from the bank of the Shirakawa river in Higashiyama Sanjo, and is rented out as a whole. Also, the alley in front is very quiet, with almost no traffic, so you can spend plenty of time relaxing. Kyoto Seifuan is a 4-minute walk from Higashiyama Station on the Tozai Line, and is convenient for transportation and shopping, and you can also walk to nearby temples, Heian Jingu, Yasaka Shrine, Kiyomizu Temple, and Gion. It is a private space with a whole house rental, but in case of emergency, you can contact the staff 24 hours a day by mobile phone and email, so you can rest assured. We will accommodate your request before your stay, check-in, and luggage storage after check-out as much as possible.

Nishimura-Tei Hanare ― 100-year-old traditional house with kitchen & dining

Nishimura Residence is an old-fashioned Nara-machiya that has been standing on a piece of Nara-machi for more than 100 years. I was a “grandmother” for a long time when I was a child. In Nara Town, there is a pleasant despicable feeling that never changes. "I want to be filled with this pleasant contempt even for future generations." With that in mind, I took care of the empty Nishimura Residence. - Nishimura-Tei is originally a traditional Japanese house which has been here in Nara-machi town over 100 years, where my grandmother used to live in. My mother and I decided to renovate this house to preserve and pass down the virtue of good old days in Japan to the next generation as well as to show it to you.

Why not enjoy a family barbecue in the greenhouse at night? Perfect for those who like cycling. Even if you don't have a bicycle, why not try cycling the Katsuragawa Cycling Road (Kyoto Hachimangu-Kizu Cycling Road), a 45 km route that ends at the Arashiyama Togetsu-kyo Bridge in Kyoto? We have started renting bicycles and tandem bicycles (2-seaters). How about cycling together as a couple? It is also close to Sakadokoro Fushimi, Uji no Heidain, Inari Taisha Shrine, Yasaka no Iwashimizu Yasaka Shrine, 30 minutes to Nara, and is perfect for sightseeing in southern Kyoto. I would like you to see the beautiful "Hamacha and Nagarebashi". You can also pick strawberries between February and May.

There are very quiet and safety 1LDK(44 square meter) on 1st floor entire house. Private entrance, key, kitchen, toilet and bath. House renovated 3 years ago. Located south of Kyoto good access to Uji, Fushimi, Nara. It's only 2 min from nearest Kintetsu line Kutsukawa station. it's take 20 minutes from Kyoto station and 30 minutes to Nara, in 60 minutes to Osaka by train. There are 3 supermarket, Seven Eleven, and so many good restaurants nearby home in 5 minutes by walk.

Our inn was apparently built in the early Showa period. We have renovated the bathroom and kitchen areas to make your stay more comfortable while still retaining the charm of the townhouse, such as the low ceilings and narrow, steep stairs.
