Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Judean Foothills

We had a one night stay in this great house and we loved it, host was very welcoming and responsive, we were a little tight in bed spaces, but it worked out well using the couches (an additional 1-2 folding beds would add a lot), also was a bit disappointing that the pool wasn't heated (it takes 48 hours, so inquire ahead of time), otherwise beautiful house on serene quiet street, very roomy and great vibe.

Outstanding value for money, lovely accommodation with everything you could possibly need in it. It felt like a luxury penthouse suite with the huge rooftop terrace right opposite my door. There is plenty of space to move about in the accommodation as well as having a lovely garden to relax in, i couldn't believe my luck when i first stepped in the place i no doubt had hit the jackpot. Fadwa and her sisters can only be described as beautiful people very warm and welcoming and the perfect hosts. Easily one of the best accommodations i have stayed in and in my view and easy 5 star rating.

התארחנו עם 3 ילדים קטנים (5/3/1). אורי היה מזמין וזמין לכל דבר. הילדים עפו על חדר המשחקים. הטאב היה להיט. צמוד לטבע מקסים ושקט. בקיצור, הבית המושלם לחופשה משפחתית באיזור ירושלים.

What an amazing stay! Menucha’s place felt like a home away from home. Every detail was attended to. We were there for the Passover holiday and her amenities and location made prepping for the holiday a breeze. And the location is unbeatable. Literally steps from the shook (outdoor market) and historical synagogues. A few minutes walk to the rail. Walking distance to Yaffo and beyond to the train and the old city 🙌 Façade was Jerusalem authentic, but when you step inside all the modern amenities were available. Furniture was beautifully curated, beds were very comfy and amenities were plentiful. Small touches like paper towels and enough linens and table cloths for the table, a heating plate and water kettles, etc. Just fantastic! She was proactively communicative and very available. Not only with things to do at the house, but with recommendations locally. We would recommend this place highly and we will be back 🙏

היה לנו סופ"ש קסום. הבית של איתי היה מושלם לנו (זוג + 3) - חצר משחקים לילדים ופינת ישיבה למבוגרים, קרבה למכולת גינת משחקים ובי"כ, אוירה כפרית ופסטוראלית, הרבה מסלולי טיול באזור, יקבים ועוד. תוך שנייה הורדנו דופק:) . התקשורת עם איתי היתה מצויינות- סייע לפני ותוך כדי השהות ונתן לנו טיפים נהדרים לאירוח מעל ומעבר למצופה. תודה איתי, נשמח מאוד לחזור!!!

Sharona is a great host. She was very responsive, pleasant to interact with, and flexible. The place was beautiful, clean, well equipped, and in a great location for us.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect for anyone wanting easy access to Modiin, just a short walking distance away, and with Tel Aviv (45 minutes) and Jerusalem (also 45 minutes) just a short drive. The house was clean with fresh sheets and towels, offering all the amenities we needed. The highlight for us was the breathtaking pastoral view, creating a serene atmosphere. The host was also very available and happy to help with anything we needed, making the experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore the area while enjoying a peaceful retreat.

This place is literally steps away from the shuk and from the light rail in a very nice door man building. The furniture is a bit run down but worth it for the location. The host is extremely responsive and helpful. I asked to check out an hour later and he was so nice about it. I also left some clothes in the apartment by accident and he was so gracious about me coming back a few hours after we checked out. I would definitely stay here again.

Incredible spot in Jerusalem. The apartment is awesome, clean and with an incredible view. Near everything you will need during your stay: restaurants, buses, tram. We would be glad to go back again.

We had a wedding at a nearby kibbutz so the location was perfect. The space was just what we needed and comfortable for 4 of us. The hosts were very warm and welcoming despite sitting shiva. They provided coffee, tea and milk which was very appreciated. It’s a great place to stay if you have a reason to be in the area.

We loved our stay in Tsipora's apartment. The location was perfect. She answered any question quickly. The apartment was well stocked and we really could not have asked for a better place!

Margit was kind and took care of us, despite initial mix-up with which of the 3 apartments we were to stay in, she made it right and went way above and beyond to help us be comfortable. We will definitely stay there again when we need a place in the Old City. So close to everything!!! A true blessing to stay there:)

My partner and I stayed at Jomi and Esther’s place whilst visiting family nearby for a week. It was a good set up for us to have a base for days with the family. We had a car and parked on the street nearby. We could have our morning coffee. Strong shower. Outdoor space if we wanted to sit with tea/coffee. Enjoyed watching Netflix in bed after a long day. Great WiFi. Appreciated access to the washing machine. Jomi was extremely responsive with any small query we had. You need to go up 30 stairs from the street to the apartment for you to be aware.

I visited Israel.for a few days, and I found this apartment, answering all my needs. it was really comfortable. private and everything I needed. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for privacy. thank you Michael

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Appartement.. sehr sauber und mit allem eingerichtet was man braucht. Chen ist ein sehr liebenswerter und freundlicher Mann, den man jederzeit ansprechen kann, und der für alles eine Lösung findet. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen!!Dankeschön für alles

Beautiful apartment in a good location with a nice balcony with great sunset views. Silent at night and comfortable. Ariel was extremely responsive, accommodating, and helpful throughout the stay. Highly recommended and will definitely stay with him again in the future.

We had an incredible stay in Zale's apartment. It was a great location; slightly off the main commercial path with easy access to restaurants, transportation, and other activities. The bedrooms and common space were very usable and comfortable for our family (of 4). Zale and his property manager communicated proactively and were very responsive in helping both before and during our stay. They have a user guide that made everything easy and comfortable. I highly recommend this apartment and hope that we have the opportunity to rent it again.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist alles drin, was man braucht. Auch die kleine Terrasse mit dem Gartenstück hat uns gut gefallen. Man ist sehr privat dort, niemand kann einem in die Wohnung sehen und es war auch nicht laut. Wir waren nur ein paar Tage da, für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre die Kücheneinrichtung etwas überholungsbedürftig. Es gab zwar genügend aber nur riesige Teller aberkaum Tassen und Gläser. Dafür reichlich Kochgeschirr und Besteck und auch praktische Dinge wie z.B. Frischhalte- und Alufolie und Backpapier. Livnat hat hervorragend kommuniziert, es war immer sofort eine Antwort da. Check In und Check Out waren sehr easy, da der Schlüssel in einem Safe neben der Wohnungstür zu finden ist. Das Haus gehört zu den älteren in Rehovot und die Wohnung hat Charme. Leider schließt die Schlafzimmertür nicht. Wohnungen in Israel sind meist alles andere als gemütlich. Diese ist es. Wir kommen bei Gelegenheit gern wieder.

Zach is an exceptional host. He answered every question I had prior to my stay and suggested an apartment that best matched our needs. Our stay was very comfortable.
