There is peace and quiet here, but nearby is the lively Juelsminde with a large playground, restaurants and an atmospheric Marina. There is 1.2 km to the beach. Legoland (50 km) is an obvious destination, and cozy Aarhus, Horsens and Vejle are also fine destinations. Our past guests all emphasize the lovely garden and the beautiful surroundings. Idyllic bed & breakfast in Ølsted, Broby - south of Odense, with the option of purchasing breakfast, which must be ordered in advance. Ølsted is a unique village without street lights with a clear view of the starry sky. Ølsted is also on the Margueritruten and is the perfect cycling holiday destination. It is only a 15-minute drive to Faaborg with Svanninge hills, mountains, bike paths and beach - close to Egeskov Castle. Brobyværk Kro is only 3 km away and shopping as well. 15 minutes to the highway.

Beachfront farm

Fogensegaarden near Bogense has an unusual location for an old farm. A few meters from the beach on the island of Fogense, which was dammed and the road into Bogense drained and protected by a dike almost 150 years ago. An enterprising farmer, Christian Jensen, built the farm 130 years ago in its current form with a large farmhouse and a humble tenant housing at the southern end. It is the main house, which after several modernizations is now rented out in the coming season to holiday guests.

It's only 100 meters to the water, a fantastic outdoor area, parking right by the house and a charger for an electric car. The price includes sheets, bed linen, towels, tea towels and cloths. The house has air conditioning, TV with built-in Chromecast, and super fast WiFi. The house is fenced all the way around, if you bring your four-legged friend.

In the heart of Odense you will find our 120 year old masonry villa. On the top floor there is an apartment with bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom with a big tub. The apartment has direct access to a 50 square meter rooftop terrace with a view of the beautiful Assistens cemetery and park. We are a family of 5 living in the ground floor. Our kids are 3, 6 and 10. There is access to our garden and trampoline, which you will share with us.
