Die nahe Havel bietet neben coolen Strandbars auch Bademöglichkeiten und einen wunderschönen Wasserwanderweg. Einmal ums Eck seid ihr in Sanssouci und genießt den weitläufigen Park mit seinen Schlössern, Fontänen und historischen Gebäuden. Die Uni Potsdam ist ebenfalls nahe gelegen.

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Ein Kamin im Wohnzimmer mit Kreuzgewölbe, 2 Schlafzimmer, Küche, ein Bad mit Badewanne, Dusche & WC sowie ein Gäste-WC sind über 3 Etagen und auf über 100qm verteilt. Die Sonnenterrasse ist mein 2. Wohnzimmer: Gemütlich draußen essen oder in der Lounge-Ecke bei einem Glas Wein entspannen – einfach das Leben genießen.

Bright, friendly place to stay

Beautiful attic room on the second floor of a charming old building in the Potsdam Berlin suburb with mini kitchen, bathroom and private entrance. Located not far from the international art and culture district of Schiffbauergasse, Glienicker Bridge and Heiliger See are also within walking distance. Directly opposite is an S-Bahn stop, with which the historic city center and the train station can be reached in a few minutes. Free parking is available along the street.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Enjoy your getaway on the water – no boating license needed – aboard an anchored historic Dutch houseboat! You’ll be picked up by dinghy in Werder (Havel) and experience genuine Robinson Crusoe vibes on this little gem. The gentle sound of the waves and the ever-changing views of the river Havel, as the wind keeps the anchored boat slowly moving, are all part of the charm. Maximum standing height below deck: 1.75m. The fitted kitchen, spacious bathroom with bathtub, underfloor heating and large terrace invite you to relax and work. Brave souls can swim on the premises by the jetty at our Nixe Yachthafen Potsdam almost all year round ;-).
