Beautiful house located at the foot of the Champaqui. It is a great space, thoughtfully decorated and equipped for you to enjoy with your family or friends. It has 3 bedrooms: 2 of them with a double bed and the other with the option of a double bed or 2 single beds; 3 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and a chill room. Outside, there is a gallery with a grill and an adjoining pool, with a solarium; an area with a Chilean oven and a patio connected to the chill-out room.

40 mts house inside neighborhood closed with 280 hts ecological reserve. The house is a solar-powered loft in nature. You enter through route 14 and Monte inentro, after 2km you reach the house. Few neighbors, quiet and retired place. Keep in mind that it's far! Until the route are 10' and the route to the village is 5'. It has SUM with a pool and a quincho at the entrance to the neighborhood.

The cabin is located two blocks from the main avenue of Villa de Merlo. It has a refrigerator (freezer), air conditioning (hot-cold), microwave, heating (natural gas). It has two bedrooms. The living room has a 3-piece futon. There's a good internet service. Carport (for two cars) inside the property. Barn and Laundry.
