Little Barn is located in a remote valley between Upwey and Portesham near Weymouth in Dorset A converted Barn with a modern open plan interior. An adequate garden with Outdoor furniture and BBQ with an external secure store for bicycles etc. The area is good for walking (dogs welcome), many footpaths line the surrounding countryside. Hardy's monument is situated a few miles away. The area offers good cycling both on and off road. Good access to the Dorset coastline which is a short drive away.

Orchard Barn is spacious, detached and oak framed, set in a large garden with pretty woodlands. It has a stunning double height ceiling, giving a truly romantic feel. It is perfect the perfect base for exploring this part of the beautiful Jurassic-coast, browsing around the Georgian market town of Bridport, fossiling in Lyme Regis and walking in the West Dorset’s Area Of Outstanding Beauty. Relax in the evening light out in the garden area looking over the fields and woods. Picnic is in the woodland with the bbq provided .

It's a great base for walking, cycling, touring, shopping, eating and drinking ...and curling up in front of the log fire. Sidbury village is a 20 min walk away. And Sidmouth, on the Jurassic Coast, is just a 4 mile drive. A few days at Filcombe will leave you relaxed, refreshed and keen to come back!

We are located between north and south coasts so stunning beaches on hand as well as two national parks, Exmoor and Dartmoor.

There is plenty of outside space and you are welcome to make use of the all weather tennis court, bicycles can be provided so you can explore the local area.
