Unique Villa of 320 sqm with sea view and 3.8 acres of unobstructed plot in the heart of Southern Norway, Lillesand. 10-15 minutes walk to the sea with great swimming possibilities. 1 km to salt bay, often a very warm sandy beach. 2 km to Brekkestø harbor, with grocery store, brew grill and ice cream kiosk. 7 km to Lillesand city center. Justøya has many great hiking trails starting from the house. Justøyskole is located 150 meters from the property and has an artificial grass court, basketball court + + which can be used by everyone. 15 min by car to Dyrparken.

Seaside and cozy cottage Kristiansand Flekkerøy

Brand new, modern and cozy cabin, unique location Flekkerøy, Kristiansand. The cabin is beautifully located with proximity to the lake and the forest with views of Oksøy lighthouse. Straight out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the free area in Skylleviga, and there are also swabergs and opportunities for fishing and going on great walks. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and kid friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want partying. Want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

New barned log house with an amazing view over the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya to the west. Large and spacious house with great ceiling height in living room/kitchen. It's sunny from morning to evening, and plenty of opportunities to sit outside, or in the good chairs in front of the big windows. Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

Bright and cozy apartment on beautiful Flekkerøy with lovely views to the sea. Newly renovated, all furniture and inventory is new and inviting. Sit back on the delicious couch and let your eyes rest on the sea. Peaceful area with great hiking areas just outside the door. 15 min from Kristiansand city center, 3 min walk down to the area's common small cozy area of the beach and docks. 10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. If GPS leads you onto a gravel road about 7 km from the cabin, you must find an alternative route. The road has a boom at both ends. 100m from bike route 3 Very fast internet. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need for a fishing license.
