Large well-equipped holiday home on a private plot close to forest and beach. Located at the end of the road and therefore No car traffic, very suitable for children. We treasure our house and make use of it ourselves as much as we can. We care that the house is clean and well maintained. Hope you'll help us with this. The price is not including electricity. Invoiced retrospectively according to actual consumption and current price. Free wood/firewood. You need to bring bedlinen, towels, kitchen towels yourself.

Your family will be close to everything: city, university, forest and beach. Trøjborg is an old and cozy district, which is popular to live in. The best place in the apartment is the balcony with a view of the forest, sea and Aarhus Ø. It is usually sheltered and perfect for sunbathing. The living- and dining room are one large room, so there is plenty of space for several people to be together. On the 1st floor we have 1 junior bed, 1 bed, 2 mattresses / a playroom and a workplace with a view.

Der er en stor parklignende have på ca. 16.000 m2., hvor man kan gå en tur, gå med hunde og børnene kan lege. Der er mange hyggekroge i haven. Børnefamilier er meget velkomne. What we most often hear about our cottage is that it has a nice atmosphere, that you feel welcome and at home and that it is cozy. We strive to make the cottage personal but also functional, which is why the decor is a good mix of new and old. We bought the cottage in 2018, renovating it a little along the way and as time allows. What we want is for the cottage to look cozy and personal. Our wish is that the house can be the framework for creating good memories.
