Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. In the house, there are sleeping arrangements on the first floor. Living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom/toilet, training area, as well as conservatory, with views of the garden on the ground floor. In the garden, there is a shelter and a fire pit. There are two terraces, with the option of grilling. The house is 4 km from Rygård sandy beach, as well as several beautiful beaches along the Norddjurs coastline. From the backyard you can see Løvenholm forest, which is Denmark's 7th largest forest. The house is 7 km from Djurssommerland.

Beautifully renovated cottage - best location

Beautiful house with the best location. The house has been completely renovated and a new room wing was added in 2021. The house is well suited for the large family or for groups, as it contains several sections and several common areas. From the first floor, there is a view and a glimpse of the sea. There are five good rooms, two living rooms, two bathrooms, pool table, etc. The house is located in the old part of Agger, 200 meters from the North Sea and 200 meters from a Michelin restaurant. New Apartment 200 m2 : Living room furnished with dining and sofa arrangement with TV. There is access to the balcony. There is a kitchenette with air fryer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, service, etc. There is access to a freezer. Large bathroom with changing table. A bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a 3/4 bed and a desk. A bedroom with 2 box mattresses and a sofa bed as well as office space and a large playroom, playroom, possibly extra sleeping places. There is access to & laundry. There are views of the forest, field, and garden.

Separate apartment of 90 m2 on the lower floor with private entrance. From the terrace there is a 180 degree water view over the Little Belt. Four beds + 2 children on floor. Large living room sleeps 2, bedroom, bath with sauna, kitchen with all amenities + washer and dryer. Free internet (Netflix) and TV channels. Wine, beer and water are available for purchase. The farm is for those who need to relax in quiet surroundings. You will be surrounded by idyllic Danish landscape, with access to the beach. The farm is refurbished to the highest standards, with 7 rooms housing up to 14 adults, and in addition, there are beds for 4 children. For the little ones, there are 2 travel beds. The large draw is an activity hall where you can enjoy socializing with, among other things, badminton, tennis and table tennis. In addition to the hall, there is a lounge room with bar and cinema.

What we most often hear about our cottage is that it has a nice atmosphere, that you feel welcome and at home and that it is cozy. We strive to make the cottage personal but also functional, which is why the decor is a good mix of new and old. We bought the cottage in 2018, renovating it a little along the way and as time allows. What we want is for the cottage to look cozy and personal. Our wish is that the house can be the framework for creating good memories.
