To get to the city center, you can quickly get to the city through the Bridge, for example, on the bikes included in the rental. The apartment has an air source heat pump, so the nights go cool in the summer. Partying is prohibited.

A neat 21m² studio is located on the edge of the park in a quiet residential area of Niinivaara. However, the building is located on the same plot with a detached house and with its own entrance. Nearby you can find: hospital services 1,4km, S-market (open 24/7) 700m, pharmacy, restaurants and ski trails/jogging trails start from the backyard. The guest has a bicycle available. In a separate building in your own room, you can stay in peace and avoid human contact if you want. You'll have access to a 120cm wide bed, kph/toilet, microwave, refrigerator, coffee and kettle, small set of dishes, and coffee and tea. On request, hot plate + eight. Located in the countryside, near the city, along the highway, less than 10 minutes by car from the center of Joensuu. Parking is also possible by truck (please let us know in advance).
