Welcome to a neat, well-maintained studio! You'll have the entire apartment (37 m²) to yourself. Free parking with a heating pole in the yard, which is rare for a car in this area. In the apartment, you can enjoy a sauna and a spacious balcony. The property has a well-equipped kitchen. You can quickly reach the city center via the Ylisoutaja bridge, for example, by using the bicycles included in the rent. The apartment has an air heat pump, so the nights are cool even in the summer. Partying is prohibited.

Alapiha Arboretum Guesthouse and Sauna

Cozy guesthouse and sauna in a wild tree sport park. The area has about 250 different varieties of woody trees and shrubs on two acres. The tree was planted in 1970 and forms its own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is partly still in a natural state and the area is undergoing renovation. Läheltä löytyvät: sairaalan palvelut 1,4km, S-market (auki 24/7) 700m, apteekki, ravintoloita sekä hiihtoladut/lenkkipolut alkavat takapihalta. Vieraalla on käytettävissä kaksi polkupyörää. Villa was build 1999-2000 as a second home from the family with basic facilities criteria for everyday living. Basic principle was to have a place to calm down but also a house for remote work in home village. Place is pretty nice on top of the hill, scenery is wide almost all over ... tens of kilometers.
