Farmstay holiday rentals in Kabini River

Place was as shown in photos, very clean. Owner of the property provides home made food basis request and we managed food for the kids as well with that. Locality is a bit far off main town so you would need a private vehicle to go around places. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for two nights and had an amazing experience! Stephen and Anupa are wonderful hosts — their hospitality and warmth made our stay truly special. The accommodation was spotless and offered a stunning view. The sunrise is absolutely breathtaking! We had a wonderful time as a family, filled with laughter and great conversations with the hosts. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy and memorable getaway :)

The place is nestled in midst of lush greenery and Nature. The room is very cozy and can easily accommodate 5-6 people. there is a direct view of chembra peak from the balcony and the bedroom with sitting arrangement, also kitchen is fully functional

First about the host: Mr. Thimmaiah was extremely helpful and friendly. He gave us precise recommendations about places that are must visit in coorg. On a personal note, he's very hard working and a thorough professional. We enjoyed our conversations with him. His communication is top notch. The property: It is a private coffee plantation owned by the family and the stay is in the middle of it. It was neat and clean, had all the basic amenities and the view was great. there's a big garden and stream behind the property and the host took us through it and explained about each and every plant. He's got immense knowledge in farming and we learnt much from him. The food: We had breakfast and dinner here on both days of our stay. The family offered us home cooked food with lot of veggies and it was simply delicious. We whole heartedly recommend this place to other families looking for a peaceful stay in coorg. Thanks for accommodating us.

This is a piece of heaven, not an airbnb. I loved every single day of my stay here. Laiju and Namitha have been wonderful hosts to me and Elizabeth, the fabulous person who looked after the farm, cooked delicious food for me. I was able to fully rest as well as exploring the beautiful surroundings by walking. The warmth of people in the villages and neighbourhood is unexplainable with words. I cannot recommend this enough. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart!

Exceptionally well maintained property. Bathrooms were amazingly well kept. The property is 100 times better than how it looks on the photos. Very peaceful and calm. Well maintained coffee estate too. Amazing and very helpful host. All in all it’s a 5 star property for me.

We had a great experience staying at Whitefort Holiday Home. The 5 bedroom Villa was spic and clean, well equipped and absolutely clean kitchen and all aspects to keep the guests comfortable was well thought off. Perfect place for family outing and the villa can comfortably accommodate 10 to 12 people. One of the best parts was the view from the room—it opened right out to a beautiful tea garden, which looked absolutely amazing, especially in the morning. It was so peaceful and refreshing. Host Vimitha was very responsive providing detailed information right from the time of booking till we checked in. Caretaker Abhijit was excellent and the hospitality was warm and welcoming, and everything was well taken care of. . Would definitely love to come back again next time

The place is surrounded by tall trees and greenery all around that it provides full isolation from the outside world. It has 5 spacious rooms and and attic bedroom. The balconies are big and provide ample space for folks who love outdoor seating. It is easily accessible by road . Host Ajith was very courteous and provided us with all help during our stay there. Overall the place is an amazing option for folks looking for a weekend hideout in wayanad

My stay in the Attic was a surreal experience, the Dilip n Mahima were friendly, special thanks to Alvin and Hari who made sure I was well taken care of . Very clean and peaceful stay. It was a dream like Homestay. Special mention to the yummy breakfast Appam n stew. Would highly recommend this Homestay if you are looking for a good experience like holiday in Waynad. Looking forward to come back again.

- Fantastic surroundings, peaceful and picturesque location - Great host (Yashika, Aunty and Puttu were on point and supported when needed) - 40 minutes away from Madikeri + 5 minutes of rough terrain (as it is in an estate), might be challenging in rainy conditions. Had an amazing stay with our pet at Nath Villas. Nestled in the coffee plantation amidst nature the location is really private and peaceful for anyone looking to unwind and relax. The place had all the amenities required and is near to markets, restaurants and famous places in Wayanad. Mini was really helpful throughout our stay and helped with all the little details.Would recommend 100%.

We had a great time here. Resort is beautiful and offers plenty of activities for the kids. They have Indian and Italian restaurants offering plenty of options for kids. The staff is friendly.

Extremely satisfied with the place and worth every penny. Loved the peace and ambience. The only drawback would be that it is quite tricky for cars to get to the property due to the off-road tracks, just get the caretakers to escort you via jeep. Other than that insanely beautiful property, would definitely visit again!

Clean, comfortable, and filled with charm. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay Staying at this homestay was a highlight of our vacation. The cozy atmosphere and warm welcome made us wish we could stay longer. The location was perfect, and the host's attention to detail was impeccable. We can't recommend this homestay enough! And we being the first guest of this newly inaugurated we were overwhelmed If you're looking for away from city hustle bustle , this homestay is the place to be, though with staying in the range of 500-1000 metres away from traffic. We left with a piece of this place in our hearts

Beautiful lush green place with big Coorgi rooms and a functional kitchen made our stay quite pleasant. The property has paved tracks to walk and many fruiting, flowering trees and a nice pond. We really appreciated the nice long walk with the host who graciously explained us about the history of the place and the plants in and around the place and gave us some of the freshly plucked fruits from the trees. The caretaker was very helpful and attended to all our needs. We were served a good spread of nice home cooked food, which we really enjoyed. Overall, it's a good place to be to detox with warm hosts and a lush green farm stay.

Our family had a great time at Shaji's place. The hospitality was amazing and the food even better :) They were extremely responsive to all our needs, including for our little daughter. It is a great place to relax. We enjoyed all the hammocks, chilling out amongst trees, walking by the nearby fields and the beautiful boat ride. It was just what we needed to have a restful break!

We group of 5 friends had a great pleasant and calm stay at Yonu’s place. The house has a lot of space , all utensils for cooking and extra beds for all the members. A great spot at Kotagiri and you will get all shops, top bakery like Moody’s, markets and Elite shops within just 2km range.

Excellent place to unwind yourselves with lush green coffee estates all around. The place itself is aesthetically done. Four smart and friendly dogs are always there to guide you. Nachi cooks some nice wood fired pizzas as well.

Great home stay at the farm anand was polite and respectful. Surroundings are great and few new ammenties are being added as well. Only thing that did not sit right with me was the high cost of food in proportion to the quantity and quality been to many home stay till date never seen such high cost,needs some improvement here.

Beautiful house in the middle of coffee plantations. The area is very peaceful, with lots of open space to go on early morning walks. The house itself is very comfortable and cozy, with all the amenities we needed. Caretakers make you feel right at home, specially with the delicious food and tea/coffee. Kushi (host) is very welcoming and helpful, right from the day we booked the place. We loved our time here and would love to visit again. Highly recommended for people looking for a comfy, cozy and relaxing place away from the hustle of the city.

this was my very first AirBnB experience and it makes me wonder why I haven't been doing this for years. the villa is so picturesque and homely at the same time. my friends and I loved our stay here and would recommend it very highly. I also have to mention the food was fantastic and we were shocked at how affordable it was. overall I would recommend it to anyone
