The sleeping loft has two mattresses directly on the floor and is accessed via a ladder. The ceiling is low, so here you have to embrace your inner cat and crawl in gently towards the mattresses 😊 Cosy, charming and not for anyone who wants to lie fully stretched out in bed 😉 Bed linens, towels are included.

Unique accommodation on houseboat central Uppsala

Here you have the chance to stay centrally in Uppsala close to sights and many restaurants. Walking distance to Uppsala Central Station. The houseboat is located in Fyrisån at Stadsparken. The boat is equipped with simpler bathroom with shower cubicle and separate toilet. Kitchen with hob, fridge/freezer and oven/microwave. The beds are distributed in a 120 cm bed and 160 cm in the sleeping loft as well as an extra mattress. On the deck, you can sit under the parasol and enjoy the city's pulse. The boat also works in winter and you can enjoy a wood-burning stove.

Rental part in Kåbo

We offer an apartment in the basement, centrally located in Uppsala. The area is close to the Cathedral, the Palace with the Botanical Garden, the University and the Hospital. Adjacent to the accommodation are lawns and a nature reserve. Fully equipped kitchen and toilet in the apartment. In the laundry room just outside there is a washing machine and shower. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the city center. Grocery store about 3 minutes and restaurants are in the nearby area. Bed linen is not included, only duvets (2 x 150x200) and pillows.

Room with desk, armchair, table and sofa bed of 140 cm. Balcony. Kitchen with kitchen table, basic kitchen equipment, stove, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. Bathroom with shower. Hall with its own exit to the stairwell. In the hall there is also a locked soundproofed door to the rest of the apartment where I live. Total 35 square meters. Sommarro is 15 minutes by bike from the city center. Several bus lines stop nearby. Nearby are restaurants and grocery stores. The city forest invites you to take walks in nature.

My guest house consists of a bedroom and a wood-burning sauna. Lovely balcony and outdoor shower. In the 15 sqm cottage there is a toilet, sink, fridge, microwave, porcelain, coffee press and kettle for easier cooking. On the deck, there is a gas grill. Wonderful waterfront views. Sun all day and magical sunsets. Suitable for two people, and if you appreciate sauna and swimming, this will be perfect. Located on the island of Tranholmen, where you can go by ferry 80 from Ropsten, 1/11-15/4 via footbridge from Stocksund.

A quiet & safe area, with both the city center and nature within walking distance, makes this the obvious choice! Downstairs, there is a kitchen, bathroom, living room & office/guest room. The dining area can accommodate 10 people. Upstairs, there is a large common room (with toys, board games & a TV with most streaming services), three bedrooms & a bathroom. A small garden is located at the back, where there is access to a barbecue and dining area. The accommodation is great, but don't forget the location!

Enjoy a morning or evening dip from the jetty 30 metres away, which you share with the landlords who live in the large house a little further up. Take a trip on the lake or a walk in the woods right outside your door. Nearby, you'll find the Fjällnora outdoor area, and if you want to go into town, it's about 20 minutes to Uppsala city, where you'll find all the restaurants and shopping you could imagine.

Huset har en terass på ca 75 m2 varav en del är en mysig uteplats under tak. Kanadensare finns och man kan bada från tomten. 7 minuter bort finns en fin strand.
