Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kadıköy

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

Beautiful house. Really nicely done for comfort and quality. Really welcoming and very helpful host. The lounge is a little cosy for more than three people, but we (four) made it work well enough and there's plenty of space otherwise. Some lovely shops just down the road, very easy to pop out to buy breakfast etc. Just a few minutes walk from Tram 5, which goes to the Spice market. Very firm beds which we liked, lots of little extra touches, such as slippers, exfoliating pads, napkins, bottled water. Made it feel quite lux! Loved it - would definitely go back!

Tao’s home is a charming entire house with a private entrance, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood. If you're a fan of Orhan Pamuk's novels, you'll recognize the area, and you'll be pleased to know that the Museum of Innocence actually exists and is located nearby. The house itself is full of character and unique details. The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything we needed traveling with a young child. There are three floors to navigate: the kitchen, dining area, and a shower are located on the ground floor, while the entrance, two bedrooms and a toilet are on the first floor. The second floor features the third bedroom with its own small kitchenette and bathroom. Additionally, the entrance has a few steps as well. Tao is a very sweet, friendly and thoughtful host, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. Communication was seamless, and he provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Everything was perfect. The house is beautiful as described in the photos. We had a detail with the internet and a bathroom, and they immediately went and resolved it. We would definitely come back a thousand times. It is super central and everything can be done on foot if you like to walk .

Can and Jacki are great hosts! They helped plan airport transfers for our group to and from the Airbnb. They also provided us with many recommendations in the local area. The location of the place was amazing! Very close to public transit to get to the Old City and many nice stores within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here!

Beautifu homel just off a vibrant street in a charming district. Convenient to great restaurants, cafes and shops and public transport options to the key attractions. The house is cosy and welcoming with convenient immaculate bathrooms on each floor. The heated floors and large bath are just fabulous!

We felt very comfortable in Omer's house. It is extremely spacious, tastefully furnished. The kitchen is very well equipped and the location of the apartment in the Balat neighborhood is extremely beautiful. We found it one of the most interesting districts in Istanbul. In case of small difficulties, Omer was always immediately available and solved the problem, communication was pleasant and fast. We would come back any point!

Ece was an exceptional host, and our stay in her place was fantastic! The apartment was conveniently located in a vibrant and secure neighborhood of Kadikoy, with plenty of great restaurants and nightlife options within walking distance. Ece was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the lively side of Istanbul!

This was a great flat in a great neighborhood. They have made excellent use of the limited space to provide a comfortable and nicely furnished flat with all the amenities one could need for a stay. Communication was excellent and the flat was very clean. There was also a nice patio for the ground floor apartment that I had. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Place, Concerned Landlord!

This is a very small room, as advertised. On the other hand, there is everything inside, toothpaste, coffee, pasta , a washing machine etc.

We had a great time in Istanbul. The apartment was spotless and very warm and comfortable. Berk gave us clear check in and out instructions and was prompt to respond ( although we never met him! ). He was flexible with our check out time and with taxi instructions. The flat is in a very convenient location for visiting all the sites as it is near the ferry and the metro. We really enjoyed hopping over to the European side on the ferry every day - but there is a lot to see in Kadikoy as well - very lively with shops and places to eat. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment during our family gathering in Istanbul. There were five of us, and it was incredibly comfortable—spacious, stylish, and very modern. Although we didn’t cook, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. The location is great—on the Asian side of the city, in a very peaceful area. It’s close to everything, yet tucked away enough that you’re not disturbed by the nightlife. We slept really well with no noise at all. There are so many amazing restaurants around that we ended up having breakfast at a different spot every day! Check-in was smooth and easy—we did it ourselves with no issues. The hosts were super responsive and answered all our questions within minutes. We absolutely love Istanbul, and this apartment made our trip even more special. Thank you!

Sercan is a very responsive and helpful host. The place was perfectly clean and I could access all the necessary information I needed before + after the check-in. I would totally want to stay here again if I come back to Istanbul. I think it would be great to rent his apartment in spring/summer time too, since it comes with a nice little garden.

Apartment is located very close to galata tower. The location is perfect with sunset view from the roof. Lots of restaurants, cafe and bars around. Apartment is located on4th floor and building doesn’t have elevator so a good source of workout. Warm, quiet space with loads of windows. I felt at home. Fully equipped with amenities.

Thanks to Lisa for hosting us. The apartment is ideal for 2 or 3 people for a sunny stay in Istanbul. The apartment is perfect for a short trip. Beautiful decor, quiet, well located, furnished. There is also access to a terrace with exceptional views of the Bosphorus. The apartment is conveniently located, I highly recommend it.

A beautifully laid out and well equipped apartment in a great location - an easy walk to shops and Galata tower. I particularly enjoyed the spacious and bright lower ground floor bedroom. We had made an error in arriving on 1st May and government restrictions on the area made it a challenge to get to the apartment. Dilek was efficiently responsive, very helpful and supported us as much as was possible. As part of a group of 25 in Istanbul for a birthday celebration we were able to see many apartments booked by others and Dileks one was the best by far!

The apartment is very easy to find with the detailed instructions from our host Hüseyin. The surroundings are quiet, as cul-de-sac, close to the sea/ park,good restaurants within walking distance ,Marmaray and shopping are also within walking distance. The beautiful apartment was super clean, very tastefully decorated and everything for everyday needs was available. We felt "at home" and welcome. By the way, thank you for the delicious apples and the 5 liters of drinking water🤗👍🏻! We will be back for sure... Thank you for this wonderful, relaxing stay!
