everything was smooth as butter with VNG property the place was neat clean and welcoming, we had some difficulties reaching out to any of VNG team in the morning which is understandable but the check-in - check-out was difficult. they need to be more inconsiderate and a bit flexible with their dealings.

It was an amazing place and the host was very helpful. It is highly recommended.

As described in the listing and pictures, minimalist furnishing making it suitable for families with toddlers. The VNG team is responsive and friendly. Overall happy with our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Kağıthane, Istanbul! The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which made us feel very comfortable and at home. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul and would love to come back in the future!

The apartment is very beautiful and spacious, making it suitable for families. I believe the host didn’t mention all the features of the apartment, as it is located on the 44th floor of a high-rise building that offers all services. The host was very responsive and provided us with everything we needed during our stay. We were given detailed information in advance about everything we might need during our stay, which made things much easier for us. There was only one drawback that I hope can be fixed: the curtains were not blackout, which allowed sunlight to enter and affected the quality of our sleep.

Great detailed thinking, we stayed for a week and they thought about every single thing that anybody needed to stay. We saw comments about insect issues but faced nothing. Thanks for the cozy vibe.

Mr. Furkan is a well-intentioned friend. He answered every question with patience, as if he was like a friend I had known for years. Your home was nice and calm. In addition to being calm, the transportation was very convenient. There was only a little slope, but there are already seven hills in most places in Istanbul. Thank you Furkan friend.

The apartment was comfortable and well situated for exploring Istanbul. We appreciated the bright and spacious base for relaxing after busy days exploring the area.

Ugur is an incredible host. We were traveling to Istanbul for our wedding and Ugur helped find a laundry service to help iron a wedding dress and tuxedo! His office is located around the corner and was quick to reply to any questions or concerns. We saw a few reviews about noise but we felt the apartment was very quiet and had no issues.

The neighbourhood was lovely, and the flat was clean, with all the amenities. Lisa was also a very responsive host!

Well located , clean and quiet. The perfect match to discover this area walking up and coming down. The Hamman , sauna and the pool are a big plus for rainy days.

The apartment was great. It’s located in the perfect place. Taksim square is about a 15 min walk away and the old Istanbul is a 15 minute drive away. Our stay was wonderful and we would recommend this stay to others. If I ever come back to Istanbul, I will reach out to Adam.

The place is as described, clean. Internet is just fine to scroll and watch movies, so if you work remotely, you might need to visit cafes, which are in 200m range. Perfect communication from host. Place is 1km from Taksim, but you have to go thru a mountain.

If we are to stay in that area again, we would prefer Mr. Celal's house without hesitation again. The house is as it appears in the photos, and Mr. Celal was very helpful with both check-in and check-out, he was always very interested. The fact that it had parking was the biggest advantage. Yes, the slope it is located is steep, but it is definitely worth it because it is within walking distance to Taksim Square and the bus station.

Staying with Etel has been by far my best Airbnb experience to date. Her apartment offers a calm environment to recover from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul. She and her brother were more than welcoming to me and helped me many times throughout my stay there. I highly recommend taking a bus ride down to Emirgan Park or the Bosphorus, which are only 2 to 3 bus stops away from her apartment. The location of the apartment is also incredibly convenient for university students who have just arrived in Istanbul. In short: I can't recommend this place enough. Etel is a wonderful host and a joy to talk to. If you have some time to spare after a day of exploring the city, she will be excited to show you whichever puzzle she is currently working on.
