Family-friendly holiday rentals in Kağıthane

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich total super. Wir hatten in unserer Zeit sehr viel mit Errol zutun & haben uns jedes Mal gefreut, alle Mitarbeiter dort zu treffen. Alle waren super freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit & haben uns viele tolle Tipps mit an die Hand gegeben. Das Apartment ist sehr zentral gelegen, drum herum kann man super essen gehen & ist schnell in der Altstadt. Wir haben auch einmal die Sauna und das Hamam benutzt, das war auch toll! Insgesamt können wir den Aufenthalt total empfehlen. Und wenn Errol seinen Bruder in Deutschland besucht, darf er jederzeit bei uns klingeln und auf ein Abendessen vorbeikommen! 😉❤️

Потрясающее место. Очень чистое и уютное, персонал приветлевый и вежливый. Отдельно советую пообщаться с управляющим - Эролом, ответит на все ваши вопросы и порекомендует места и рестораны для посещения (рекомендую посетить все кафе/рестораны, что он предлагает - не пожалеете). Бесплатно предоставляют хорошую сауну, есть выход на крышу с оболденным видом, есть закрытая зона в холодную погоду и открытая в тепло. Номера большие, с новой мебелью и уютным интерьером. Крайне рекомендую, остались супер положительные эмоции от посещения.

The place was fantastic! Great location, very cozy, conveniently located, close to all that Balat has to offer. Ișil, was amazing 👏! she met us on the first day, did a detailed walk through of the space, showed us around the neighborhood, and was available for any of our questions while we stayed at her gorgeous space. she even helped us with unstanding local transportation. Would absolutely stay again. Communication was second to none. Thank you, thank you!

Habe mich sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt, Die matratze könnte erneuert werden, sonst alles wunderbar. Wohnung war gut geheizt. Das Gehäuse einer Steckdose war lose.komme unsbhsngig davon gerne wieder in die tolle geräumige Studiowohnung von Ayra. Danke

Ayda was an amazing and gracious host. I stayed at her flat for 2 weeks. • As a remote US based worker/digital nomad my main concern was WiFi visiting Istanbul. I was able to do my work like normal no issues including several zoom/teams calls, file sharing, uploading, etc no issues or lag as the flat has very fast/strong WiFi. • The location is also great. There is grocery store at the top of the hill which is like a 3 min walk and super convenient for grabbing essentials. • The flat was as described. And had pretty much everything you need to cook and feel comfortable •Ayda herself was so kind and accommodating. She responded super quickly when I had questions. And provided recommendations for the area •The location is great. There’s so many great cafes, shops, and train stop nearby. Would definitely stay again!!

Appartement doté d’une très belle ambiance loft vintage. Très lumineux avec du cachet. Une terrasse sur le toit est le petit bonus pour cet endroit. A noter que l’appartement se situe au 6 étage sans ascenseur.

Perfect location in an ideal city! Ugur’s loft is a beautiful and harmonious blend of modern comforts and classic design. Everything you need is within just a few minutes walk from this well equipped, bright and airy apartment. The hosts were responsive and helpful. Thank you for welcoming us into your superb home!

This is the perfect spot for a city break to Istanbul, perfectly located by Galata Tower and offering beautiful views over the tower. While a studio, the apartment feels spacious and has a comfortable double bed, sofa, two dining tables, kitchen area and a bathroom with shower (super strong water pressure which was a lovely surprise!). Eyo and his co-host Ali were extremely helpful and responsive in the run up to our stay, providing recommendations and offering to book tours for us if we'd like. Check in was simple - Eyo or Ali will meet you at the apartment to provide the keys. Really great value for money and would recommend this apartment to anyone. I really recommend Galata as an area - you are in walking distance to so many sights (10/15min walk down to Galata Bridge, from which you enter Sultanahmet).

Ozkan, it was a pleasure to stay at Your studio. Balat is truly amazing and vivid, hippie and oldfashioned, quiet and noisy at the same time. Our visit will be in our memories for a long time, and we surely will come back. We felt in love with turkish hospitality and kidness and we wish to explore more&more. This granny-unit up on peaceful Dragos Hill in Kartal is a lovely get-away. The couple who live in the main house are very warm and welcoming. The side house is good for one or two people. It has a little balcony from which you can enjoy the sea view. The hosts were thoughtful enough to leave some fruit and bread, cheese, olives, etc. for breakfast. They were also helpful with tips about where to eat. I only wish I had had more time to relax there! The neighborhood is full of beautiful villas and with its pine trees and calm streets it feels like an extension of the Prince's Islands right across the sea.

Great stay. The apartment was exactly what we needed for 3 people, clean, well equipped and had all the amenities we were looking for. The apartment was as described, heating was even turned on for our arrival which was a nice touch! Communication all the way through was fantastic. The only thing I would mention about the location is that it is lively outside. And the pool was a bit cold in the mornings. Apart from that it was perfect, would stay again!

Ev görsellerden cok daha güzeldi,çok güzel bir deneyim geçirdik. Fazlasıyla büyük bir ev,büyük arkadaş grupları veya aile ile konaklanabilmek icin gerçekten çok idealdi. İnanılmaz güzel bir manzara vardı. Konum çok rahat bulunabilecek bi yerdeydi. Huzurlu sessiz bir ortam sunuyordu. Ev sahibi Yavuz bey her konuda çok yardımcı oldu,esneklik sağladı. Hızlı bir şekilde tüm sorularımız cevaplandı. Çok teşekkür ederiz.

It was a great stay. The place is unique and calming. The host is very helpful and understanding. You have help 24/7 and the nature and the place is unique. We totally recommend.

I felt like I was staying at home immediately. Amazing view and location far away from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul. House was well stocked for everyday living, cooking utensils, dinnerware, towels etc. The host Behçet Bey is quick to respond and inform of any updates and him and his daughter are happy to help point you out to the best restaurants or grocery stores in town.

Çok temiz bir ev güzel bir manzarası da var. Sadece giderken alışverişlerinizi tam yapmanız önemli ada merkezine yürüyüş mesafesi birazcık fazla.

Me and my family had a great short vacation in the apartment hotel. The apartment has everything you need to spend a few days there. The pool and the public space is very nice. But the thing that really impressed us was the view from the balcony. It's hard to tear yourself away from the view of the sea and evening Istanbul.
