Sea View cabin 8min, walk to beach

This is a 1 bedroom cabin with a queen. Duvet and pillows. There is also a pullout sofa bed. It is a place to get away from the hustle and bustle. It is run on gas and solar power. There is no TV or microwave. Leave behind your hair dryer and hair straighteners and enjoy the privacy, peace and view. There is a BBQ available. Linen can be provided for a fee. 1st 2 guests are $100 per night then $10 per head per night after that. We are happy to provide a tent for kids to sleep in out on the lawn.

Only an hour from Auckland’s north shore, the seven acre property comprises of two separate residences - the farmhouse and the cabin, each with its own separate driveway and amenities.

Your own three cabins are nestled near 800 year old trees and joined with lights, decks and pathways for you to wander and discover your bath. The bedroom opens out to a covered deck, and the full kitchen has a covered area with a large outdoor dining table and gas BBQ. Up the steps to the bathroom with a fresh, waterless, European electric toilet. Close to nature, beaches, markets, walks, cafes and fun.

Spend time here really looking after your self in ultimate relaxation, you’ll leave here feeling renewed. We are an 11 minute drive to Waipu Village. Minimum 2 night stay/Max 2 guests.

Waiotoi - The Bush Hideaway - Tutukaka

Tui Bush Cabin

Take a short drive (approx 3kms) up the valley from Ngunguru to Tui Bush Cabin. This is where you can relax amongst the native bush, and listen to the tui's chatter from dawn till dusk. Our beautiful small wooden cabin comprises of a fitted kitchen with a 4 burner gas hob, convection microwave, toaster, jug, refrigerator and sink. A drop leaf table and chair. A double bed with sheets and duvet. Separate bathroom with flush toilet, basin and shower. Outside decking with table and chairs.

Welcome to the Riverside Studio from where a short stroll takes you to the Town Basin marina with cafes, shops and restaurants and the Hundertwasser art center and park. Maybe you fancy a walk around the Town Basin loop. Beautiful native bush walks up Parihaka from where you can enjoy sweeping views over the city and Whangarei Harbour or along the Hatea River, are on your door step. For a bigger work out you can keep going, via A.H. Reed park, right up to the Whangarei falls.

The Studio Retreat

Nestled in an Eco Village , this unique property offers you a peaceful nights sleep, waking up to birdsong. The space. Enjoy an open plan room with kitchenette ( the kitchenette is suitable for cheeseboards and picnics) and lounge space. The shower is a few steps away in a stand alone building surrounded by palm trees. Bathroom is attached to the main house. We located 5k from kaiwaka and 45 k to Whangarei and 15 minute to mangawhai beaches, cafes and Saturday markets.
