The guesthouse Ludwig is unique for its location. The name itself came from our address as we are located at Ludwig Mlokosevichi #1. Ludwig Mlokosevichi was the Polish scientist, who initiated the founding of Lagodekhi protected areas, our treasure and pride. Because of this we decided to call the guesthouse Ludwig. There is Lagodekhi protected areas in a 100 meters walking distance. We try to make guest feel like a local, offer homemade breakfast and he dinner, joyful piano evenings.

Buto's House is a cozy, one-storied house with a large yard and garden full of fruit trees. Located 11 minutes from Hotel Ambassadori Kachreti. House features barbecue facilities and free private parking. Pets are allowed. The House has two bedrooms and a living-room with a fire-place and heating. The Kitchen is well-equipped. Tbilisi International airport is 83 km from the village. Not far from the village there is Ziari Lake, fishing resort , where you can fish.

Misty is a tiny cottage located in Tianeti, Sioni. Just a 10-15 minute away from the center. It is perfect for two people, but can accommodate up to 4. It is divided into three zones - a living area with a comfortable sofa and kitchen, a cozy bedroom with a beautiful view of the Lake, which leads to the terrace.
