My stay with Darko was excellent. The flat was easy to find and the check-in straightforward. The flat itself was clean and with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. With the seafront only a 10-15 minute walk away the location was fantastic and the flat is surrounded by a number of supermarkets and great bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. Finally, Darko was a responsive and knowledgeable host.

The apartment looked nice from the photos, but when we arrived we were shocked!!! It was all perfect, awesome decor throughout the house, the children's room was amazing with quality toys and furniture. Equipment for everything and all the needs of a family. You rarely get a home like this. Sophie was friendly, prompt, and very willing to host. Thank you very much. Our children enjoyed it very much and we of course enjoyed it.

Great location. Great price. Despite the central location on the 8th floor where the studio is located it is quiet. I'll go for it again in the future.

For this price the studio has everything you need, lovely balcony with furniture to sit outside, a washing machine, lots of facilities, a double bed with good matrasses, a good but small bathroom with towels, soap and toilet paper, all you need for a low budget stay. I find Thessalonians very positive people! Ariadne is a friendly host who was available when I had questions and polite. The studio is very close to the seaside, to the port, old town and you can make many lovely promenades, there is a lot off choice in restaurants, different prices en much cheaper then those closer to the marina port and tourist area. A lot off coffeeshops, sweets and a big variety off supermarkets just around the corner. The airport bus stops near the studio X1 and all other bus can take you to the city center for only 0,60 cents or seaside (Peraia).

The location of this unit is fantastic. It’s conveniently situated near markets, shops, a wide variety of restaurants, and the waterway, all just a short walk away. Essentially, everything you need or want to do is nearby. Aristotle Square is also within walking distance. For those looking to visit tourist attractions, access is easy. I stayed in this unit for a couple of months, and it genuinely felt like home, allowing me to feel connected to the community. The unit was spotless and well-maintained, equipped with all the essentials like towels, dishware, and an incredibly comfortable bed, making it hard to leave when the time came. The host was always just a message or phone call away. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this unit and will definitely return to Thessaloniki. This unit is worth the price, and I would stay here again!

We had a great stay. Place is just across the most beautiful part of Agia Triada beach, where the beach is wide. There is always enough parking in front of the building, neighbours are so nice, they even served us home made cakes, and invited our kids to play with their children, you have a feeling that you are guest in a community of a kind. Dimitris is very responsive and agile, he provided all the important information in a timely manner. The place is not luxury, but it has all commodities you may need. Bathroom is quite new, and kitchen is much better equiped then in average accomodation in Greece. You will find plenty of cooking utensils, plates, dishes, everything you need. Beds are very comfortable, although a bit small for European standards, but that is the same in whole Greece. It is very peaceful at night, you can only hear sounds from nature and one can really relax. Balconies are great, with sea view and a lot of space. We really enjoyed staying at Dimitris's place.

Beautiful apartment, lots of light, clean. Location a little outside the city centre, but easily walkable. Street parking is free in the surrounding area, we parked in a big open parking lot at the end of the street. The check-in instructions were super clear. Would definitely recommend this place. The only slight downside is the smell coming from the shower sink, but it really isn't a big deal, just keep the bathroom door closed and you're good. You definitely know this smell, it's very common in seaside areas, nothing unbearable or that unpleasant really. Would visit again without a doubt

The place was clean, just as described with all the amenities! We had a very pleasant stay. The rbnb is a 5 minute walk to stops and in the area there was everything. From coffee shops, taverns, supermarkets, etc . Hosts are kind and helpful. They helped us with an issue about our checkout.

We had such a great time. Katerina provided great hospitality, and we had everything in the apartment. It is a lovely neighborhood, and all the places we were interested in were within walking distance. The bus station for public transport is also quite close.

Dimitris is a superb host. He gave us great restaurant recommendations, was extremely helpful and very warm. The apartment is fantastic, especially the balcony has enchanted us. There is everything you need, it is all very spacious and totally clean and well maintained. The apartment is in a good location in town, so you can explore Thessaloniki wonderfully on foot (yet it is quiet in the evening). We were extremely satisfied and happy. Thank you! :)

Katerina is very friendly and gives very precise instructions. The apartment was very clean and tidy, and has everything you need. There is AC in every room (although the house is quite fresh in the summer and you won't need to turn it on that much) and also a TV in the living room and main bedroom. The house is really nicely decorated and you feel at home. You can see the sea from the kitchen window and in 2min walking you're at the beach. You have several supermarkets near you and lots of restaurants to choose from. You can go for long walks in Perea (which is very nice) or travel by boat to the historical part of Theassoloniki. I totally recommend staying at this apartment.

This place was the best we've used in Thessaloniki so far. The location is very central and the view of the constantly different Thermaic Gulf was unique. The apartment is spacious and suitable for families or even two couples traveling together. All necessary household items are present. The kitchen is well equipped, both on electrical appliances and utensils. It is pleasant that the decor is of good quality and kept simple. The beds are comfortable and the mattresses are also of good quality. The apartment is on the 1st floor and the balcony goes out onto the main street running along the Paralia, so you can hear the street noise. With the windows closed, however, this is reduced to a background noise. The landlords were very friendly and responsive at all times, although we had arrived over the Easter holidays. We will be back for sure!

The room was comfortable, quiet, and above all clean. The landlord is a lovely person who responded promptly to what we needed. I highly recommend it and would visit again.
