Holiday rentals with breakfast in Kalamata

We've been very well welcomed by Giorgos' family, the house was very cute and quiet ! A bit hard to reach, and the road to join the beach is slightly long but nice house nevertheless ! We even got to taste the family's olives !

Absolutely loved Archico. The photos don't really do it justice, it's a beautiful villa with lovely areas to sit and eat both inside and out. Bathrooms are great. Very clean. Comfy beds. Great storage. Great communication for check in and out which was in person (unusual these days and welcomed). Thank you for enabling an early check in. A 10 minute walk to the Giolava restaurants. Parking tight but fine for a regular family car. We would happily stay again.

Such a wonderful apartment! We will definitely come back next time we are in Kalamata. Leonidas and his wife are such lovely people. They gave us traditional sweets and gave us local recommendations which were super nice. Always responsive to our questions. The apartment itself was clean and just like the photos. We felt right at home. Thank you again to Leonidas and his wife for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend them and their apartment.

Fotos' House is perfectly located in a quiet hamlet. The environment to go to Karyes is beautiful with its clouds of orange flowers lining the roadsides. The space itself is perfect! It will delight you if you feel at home and Fotos is particularly attentive to his hosts.

Christina was very friendly, always gave tips on what to visit and do, the house is homely and well equipped, there was almost nothing missing, a barbecue to wish for, it is not a 3-star hotel but highly recommended for those looking for peace and quiet. Christina, we will definitely be back.

Very nice appartment! We liked the size of it - there was lots of space. The appartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable vaccation, like a washing machine, a dish washer and a Netflix and Disney account.

We were greeted as soon as we were greeted and shown our place to stay, a stone-built apartment with a superb fireplace and beautiful mountain aesthetics. We had a great time and will definitely keep it in mind for a future excursion to Platanos!

Caroline and Peter are extremely welcoming and caring. We got a fresh and varied breakfast every day. The studio is cozy and has nice and practical extras. The bed sleeps wonderfully. Caroline and Peter give a lot of tips about sights and restaurants in the area. We really enjoyed our stay with them, the beautiful garden, the bay with beach beds and the nice restaurants nearby. As a side note, we can mention that the cooking facilities in the studio are limited and that having a car is a must. In addition, the roads in the immediate area are unpaved.

Very nice little hotel in a quaint, quiet town in the Mani Penninsula. We had a nice meal at the restaurant and bar in the town square (get the Portokalopita). Getting in and out of the town is a little work so plan to make your drives in and out in the day time if possible.

This house was very easy to find with great free parking and easy to get in and out of the building with the keys. The house itself is absolutely stunning, the pictures do not do it justice. Very roomy and spacious living room, well stocked kitchen, 2 bath rooms, washer and dryer and 3 bedrooms with 4 beds. Could easily sleep many many people. The balcony had a lovely view of the marina and many restaurants to choose from in the area, one even right downstairs. This is a gem, and anyone who stays here is lucky to do so. We didn’t want to leave.

We rent the apartment for 2 weeks. Anastasia and her brother have been great hosts and make all processes very easy. The house is perfectly located between city center and the beach all within walk distance of minutes. Near by they are a lot of local restaurants and a big supermarket. Furthermore the local bus stop is also steps away from the front door. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, wonderful balcony and air-condition. Highly recommend!!!!! Really good value for money!!!

The flat is really big, clean and well equipped. Georgia is super helpful, providing great travel ideas. Located In the center of the town. Everything walkable. Two issues: wifi available only part of the time (Georgia says she is changing providers), and location near a church with morning bells and chanting. But roll with it and enjoy a lovely 5-star home and hosting. Thanks Georgia.

We truly had a wonderful stay! The apartment was so clean and contemporary. The location was amazing. We felt very safe. The views were stinning. We would absolutely stay here again!
