Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Kalithea Beach

Excelent and quiet location with fantastic view. Paschalis was very friendly, always answering to my questions. We highly recommend!! Some recommendations for improvement: coffee machine, small shelf in the shower for bath products.

A one-of-a-kind home very comfortable to graze people (there were seven of us with big kids) . Any request was answered immediately . The landlords were nice service and responded to every request immediately. Check all the time we are ok . Take care of the trees for the fireplace and cleanliness during your stay. The house is in a pleasant and calm environment. Rest within driving distance on both sides of the island and not very far from Thessaloniki. We had a stunning and special visit from all the homes we've been so far

An exceptional host. The place is great for several families. Jürgen and his family are wonderful people. The house has everything you need from utensils in the kitchen to all the necessary appliances. Every room has air conditioning, it is very clean. Sahara beach is 5 minutes away by car, but Jürgen recommended us a smaller local beach that is exceptional and not crowded... All in all, the place is for every recommendation... 17 of us stayed in the house (10 adults and 7 children) and we didn't miss anything... And another important thing for this part of Greece, the water pressure is exceptional...

We couldn’t have been any happier! The apartment is very spacious for two people, comfy, well equipped and really clean. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. Zacharias even left some food in the fridge for us, which saved our first evening. In general Zacharias was a great and friendly host. He was always easy to reach, gave us some recommendations for the area and even let us stay longer on the day of our check-out as our flights didn’t leave until the evening. Highly recommended!

Place of peace. It was perfect for a much needed decompression! They have a dog and a cat so animal lovers like us can not ask for a more ideal vibe ! Couple of rainy days coud not even disturb the enjoyment :) Thank you Argiris and Anastasia , we'll see each other again soon :)

The house is beautiful and as described. It was very clean and had most everything you will need. It is a short walk to the beach and to many restaurants. It is also convenient for driving to other area beaches. The only recommendation we have is to include pool/beach towels. That would have been very helpful. Arabella responds very quickly to any questions or inquiries. Great house! Highly recommend and would rent here again.

We felt very comfortable with Harry. Particularly nice was the sunrise from the bed/balcony or the terrace on the ground floor. A wonderful area, beautiful and quiet. A Grand Masoutis is nearby and the town of Nea Moudania is great for shopping on cloudy days if you don't want to drive down to Pefkochori or Kassandria. There are many restaurants in the immediate vicinity, for example in Nea Potidea and Nea Fokea. The place leaves nothing to be desired - all furniture is solid furniture, all of which are very stable and of the highest quality. The towels and linens smell fresh and clean, even the blanket from the sofa. I love the scent from the bathroom on the ground floor. Small tip, the shop AB Vassilopoulos has the largest selection of Dolce Gusto matching capsules (not only cappuccino, but also Lungo, Starbucks and Lavazza). What can I say, a super host. All questions answered, places to go ,things to do and see. Detailed videos of where to turn off the main road made getting there so easy. Video of where to park car and video from car park to the accommodation including access. Host was there to meet us and we had a nice chat about the area before leaving us. Was always available by phone if we needed a question answered. Location was perfect with the beach close by. I would defiantly stay here again. Ian

It's a beautiful homey place, an older apartment with a lot of charm. A place you want to stay at for a week or so. The entry to the pri ate part of the beach close by is marvelous and all amenities are provided as described. We had a lovely stay and Dimitiris is the kindest host. Highly recommended!

An absolute highlight is the terrace, a beautiful view. The apartment is super nice, was exactly enough for 3 people. Beautiful stylish apartment. We would be warmly received by Ardit. Cozy apartment near the sea. Everything is in walking distance like shops, restaurants, bars, beach. Although it was very quiet during the winter period, I had everything I needed in the apartment. Having heating in the apartment (which is rare in the area) made the colder winter days manageable on my work trip. Thanos was a helpful and friendly host who went above and beyond to make me feel at home. I recommend his place for every season of the year.

This place is a hidden treasure - amazing first line view, empty beach, cozy, comfortable, clean, easy parking. My definition of ultimate relax. Georgios is a great host! We will gladly return next year.

Very nice cozy flat with quality appliances. Sea view is gorgeous. A/C and heating working well. Location very quiet in Winter but surely buzzing in summer.

We had a wonderful stay. The Appartement was well equipped. We loved the lovely decoration and the comfortable firniture which made the Appartemebt very cozy. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden (our kids loved the playground). The host was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Beautiful house and surroundings. Easy acces to the beaches. Very clean and quiet. We enjoyed a week at the airbnb while Manos constantly communicated with us whenever we needed something. Very nice greek hospitality. Recommend wholeheartedly.

We (4 adults and three little kids) had a wonderful week at Isavella’s place! Everything was super clean, the kitchen fully equipped, comfortable beds and the terrace and garden were perfect! We explored many nearby beaches and we swam every afternoon in the beach just 2’ from the house, the sunset was very lovely there! I have nothing negative to say, Isabella was very responsive and flexible with the check in and check out hours and Mrs Aleka was so friendly and helpful! Thank you!

We were greeted with vases of fruit, chilled drinks and water. We immediately felt at home. A beautiful, tidy home with all the necessary amenities, cleanliness and coziness. In the evening we met the sunset on our verandas, and in the morning we could hear the birds singing softly. Stable Internet has helped us a lot to combine work and leisure. And the proximity of a beautiful equipped beach made it possible to endlessly enjoy the incredible sea and sun. our Chihuahua was greeted by a separate bottle of water, a bed, a toy, bowls. Every evening we enjoyed our olive garden, and in the morning we heard the birds singing softly. We went to bed, and Yannis continued to take care of the premises. The kitchen had everything you need, even a toaster and a waffle maker. We are impressed and will definitely come again. This is our best experience.

The stay was perfect - Nikos waited us patiently, even though we were running late. The place has a very nice location, the beach is no further than 20m from your backyard. And yes, you have your own backyard, with barbecue, umbrellas and everything needed for a relaxing vacation. All the terraces from the rooms have a view to the sea and if you need to do some remote work, they have an outlet and good WI-FI. As for what to do around - besides going to the beach, you have some beach bars within a walking distance from you. The restaurants are located in the village of Possidi, on the east side of the beach, but you can always go there by car - it is 5 minutes drive. Also there is a water sports center, right next to the beach bars, so you can go kayaking or paddle surfing, without the hassle to bring your own. Overall, our stay was great. I can only point out 1 drawback - the link between the floors is a spiral staircase, which can be a little narrow sometimes, but it is doable.

A very nice location, a gorgeous garden, well maintained, full of greenery, clean, very well positioned, 3 minutes on foot from the sea. Hosts very welcoming, kind. To mention: In the same yard are the hosts, plus there is a 3 bedroom apartment with a small yard within ( inside) the same locations. Thanks for everything!

The house is beautiful and very clean, located in quite place. Ria is very friendly , patient and smiley. The beach is in 3 min, there are beach bars. The territory of a complex is very clean, green and well-groomed. Absolutely worth spent money 🔝

Excellent location, very close to beautiful beach. The villa looks same as on the pictures. The yard is beautiful. Giannis welcomed us warmly and he was helpful all the time. Air conditioning will give everything that is missing for this property to be complete. It was extremly hot for sleeping at night. Two of the bedrooms are in the basement and even of air filters humidity is high.

We booked Irini's house in the absolute off-season in October. And that was great because we had the great beaches to ourselves. The house and pool are perfect, the amenities very good. Beds comfortable. Our highlight, the neighbors' cats. The house is surrounded by olive trees. And in the morning the rooster crows and the goatherd walks past the garden. But you definitely need a car, if only to visit the many beaches. Of course, many restaurants and shops were no longer open. Our tip is Afitos, where you still have a good selection. Be sure to eat at the Mpogiata restaurant! On the beach of Pefkohori between the pier and water sports Pefkohori, a few bars were also still open. The Whitebeach in our village still had loungers, which we were allowed to use for 10 euros. We were also alone on the beach there! In the low season, we would come back 100%.
