La casa è bellissima, così vicina al mare che sempre di stare in barca. Pulitissima e ben arredata. Gli host sono stati gentilissimi, disponibili, precisi e reattivi (Elina, la figlia del proprietario, è sempre stata velocissima a rispondere ai messaggi) e ci hanno aiutato con vari problemi che abbiamo avuto che non dipendevano dall’alloggio. Purtroppo a metà vacanza ha iniziato a soffiare fortissimo il Meltemi (da quel punto di vista la posizione della casa non aiuta, ma va anche detto che abbiamo avuto molta sfortuna col vento in quei giorni) e ha un po’ rovinato l’atmosfera..che peccato, ce la saremmo voluta godere di più. Sicuramente da consigliare.

This was easily the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The host was extremely responsive, friendly, and informative. The location was so accessible transportation wise. It is directly in front of the port, where you can find public busses and the ferries to other islands of course. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from and a few beaches in walking distance (15-25 mins). The hosts mother greeted us at check in and was so lovely. She was so kind and left us homemade olives and oils, fresh eggs and even brought us watermelon during the week. This was the perfect stay.

Alexandros was very friendly and ready to help and respond in our requests. The place was magnificent with excellent sea view and mountain view at the same time. The villa was really clean, full of amendments in a terrific place and very quite. The private pool was very clean as the surrounding. We thank our host for everything and especially for these unforgettable stay. We suggest it with no doubt !!!!!!!!

We had a wonderful week at this place! The house it’s equipped with everything you might need. It’s a perfect place to stay if you want quiet and peace or if you want to explore Evia and it’s natural beauty! Aikaterini it’s an excelent host, allways ready to help with tips about the place or things to do. Near the place you can enjoy 2 or 3 local taverns with the most amazing local food, Akrogiali beeing one of these. It was a 5 star experience for us!

We loved the place: Near the beach and the town centre. We spent a lot of time on the balcony with a view to the mountains. And we walked many of the hiking paths; the first one runs along the house. Zacharias and his wife were generous with information and help. We were a bit surpriced that the three bedrooms was inter-connected: To get to bedroom 2 you had to go through room 1. And room 3 (on the upper side of room 2 and with no own door) had to go through both rooms. But for a group of close friends itworked fine

We had a great stay at Anna's place. She was so easy to communicate with and meet us when we arrived to welcome us. The house is beautiful with comfortable beds. The pool a little smaller than we anticipated. Easy walk down to the beach where there is a great restaurant. The beach is quite busy and directed towards a young adult vibe (our kids were sometimes the only kids on the beach) but there are heaps of other amazing beaches within a close drive. Excellent experience for someone seeking calm, quiet and beauty all at the same! The views are spectacular! The bedroom had all the comforts we could need. We felt right at home in the kitchen which was set up just like ours at home. Because it was the winter season there were very few people anywhere. I felt like we had complete privacy. Danai was extremely responsive with information before we came. And we were very grateful that she was able to be flexible with the hours, allowing us to check-in a bit early after a long flight to Greece. Roi was so welcoming as she opened the house and showed us around the property. We are thankful to both of you, and also thankful for the delicious lemon we picked from the garden. Such a special place to stay! Has everything you need for a great holiday. Lovely surroundings and a gorgeous beach. Yannis is a brilliant host, he was very helpful with recommendations and everything was clearly explained which made everything stress free :) A beautiful house and I enjoyed every second!

Beautiful (shared) house and garden, with pool, parking and a semi-private beach next to a small public beach on a dead end road. The owners live in another part of the house. All amenities as described. If you don’t want too Cook there are beach restaurants in the neighbouring small fishing village.
