Surrounded by a river, woodland and open fields, it offers a peaceful, nature-focused stay. The cabin has been lovingly renovated to offer modern comfort for both holidays and work. Access to a sauna and fitness facilities on the farm. Just a 5-minute walk to ski trails, the river and the bus stop. A 15-minute walk to a grocery shop and a 15-minute bus ride to the town centre and the train station. The airport can be reached in 40 minutes.

The outdoor house at Snöberget

Friluftshuset at Snöberget is located at the foot of the Snöberget Nature Reserve and right by the Råneå River. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of the Lapland landscape just outside the house, while also having easy access to activities such as hiking, ice fishing, snowmobiling, and swimming in the summer. This house is also perfect for viewing the northern lights. In addition, we have a very nice barbecue area in the yard, which guests are more than welcome to use.

You can see Torne river and hear the rapids.

Our cottage is conveniently located along well-maintained roads, making it easily accessible. Situated near the river, the Swedish border is just across the water, allowing for a seamless journey into Sweden, perhaps via the ice road. The absence of unnecessary lights around provides the perfect setting for observing the Northern Lights. The main building of 75m2 is all refurbished with two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and a new bathroom. Large windows and a major outside terrace, offers you a breathtaking view through all seasons.

Karin's guest apartment

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful setting. Karin's apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with two single beds and the family room has a double sofa bed. There is also a toilet with shower and a terrace where you can enjoy the view of Kalix River which is about 40 meters from the apartment. New summer 2026! Now there is a possibility to rent an electric bike.

Farm houses

Welcome to a nice and cozy courtyard house with a central location – close to the city's offerings but still located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We, as a host family, live in the main building on the same property and often spend time out in the yard. A nice dog also moves freely on the property. If you have any questions or requests, we are happy to help.

Charming seaside cottage

Welcome to Casa Alice. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The pool is open June 15 - September 7. During the winter, October 22 - May 15 there is no running water in the cabin. We leave 70 liters of water in the cabin upon arrival. We accommodate a maximum of 4 guests during the coldest winter months. The cabin is for sale.
