Designer Carl Malmsten founded his school Capellagården in Vickley with artistic focus. The resort is open to visitors and one of Öland's most visited tourist destinations. There is a cafe and a shop with fine craft products and self grown plants for sale. The Vickleby Alaska attracts many flower lovers. In the month of May, a sea of orchids is spreading out.

In the spring, the small village street between Karlevi and Eriksöre is a well-attended stretch with its flowering slopes and fragrant lilac bushes. The village is in the landscape of Southern Öland, which is a world heritage site.

Studio Styrsö

Nice small and modern studio close to the seaside. 8km to the city center of Kalmar and 2okm to reach the Island Öland with their lovely beaches and wonderful nature. If you want to stay on the Island Styrsö where the studio is located you find a bathing place 500meters down the road.

Suitable for people who likes nature, nice walks, bicycling by the sea. Beach i close. Double bed 180 cm. Wonderful nature, calm and peaceful. Restaurants and grocery shop, 5 km. During summer there is a restaurant close to us in Djupvik.
