Between Nybro and Kalmar is our little cottage. It is newly renovated, simple standard with outdoor toilet (separate). The kitchen is well-equipped with kitchen accessories and wood-burning stove as well as refrigerator. In the garden, there is garden furniture and a barbecue grill, an outdoor shower where you can shower under the open sky. The cabin is equipped with solar cells that provide limited but sufficient electricity for for example, refrigerator and lighting. The cottage is not suitable for families with children/people with disabilities due to the sleeping loft with a steep staircase.

My wife Lollo and I welcome you to our newly renovated cottage from 1870, located in a well-preserved and beautiful turn-of-the-century environment. Here you can relax and enjoy - quiet location. You will have access to our private homeland park with barbecues and swing. Nice forest to hike or bike in. The cottage has brand new kitchen and bathroom. Wifi is available. On the plot is also an 18th century house you can look into. It is 12 minutes into Nybro and 8 minutes to Orrefors with Orranäs glass cabin and swimming lake.

Access to the hot bath (39 degrees) all year round with circulation for cleaning. A rowing boat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free! The house has a big private garden where you can relax and make a campfire at the fire pit. Go fishing or take a swim in one of the lakes nearby. With a bit of luck you see deer and foxes from our sunny porch. Go skiing at the ski-slope, visit a moose park or go down the zippline. April-October we rent out 2 sit-on-top kayaks.

Iron Man Kalmar The apartment is highly appreciated by previous participants since it’s located just 3 km away from the starting point of Iron Man Kalmar. For you who aren’t participating in the race, the location is even better. It’s just a couple of hundred meters from both the cycle course where the triathletes pass two times (1 lap, both directions) and the running course where the triathletes pass six times (3 laps, both directions).

Vid sidan av detta boende finns även en lägenhet för 2 personer att hyra på Airbnb den heter Seaside apartment. Även huvudhuset går att hyra när vi är bortresta. ”Villa archipelago”
