Nature close to cottage with the forest in the garden

Uninsulated cottage 30 miles from Kalmar. You can relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation. 1.5 km from Påryd where there is a shop , restaurant , outdoor swimming pool and a large newly built playground . 1.8 km away is the owl cot lake. Fishing licenses are purchased at Ica in Påryd. Several bathing areas in the near area. Since the cabin is uninsulated, there are: Sleeps 5 April-October Sleeps 3 October-April. Bed sheets and shower towels are provided by the guest, but there are also duvets, pillows, and small towels.

Climate-smart little cabin

Between Nybro and Kalmar is our little cottage. It is newly renovated, simple standard with outdoor toilet (Separett). The kitchen is well-equipped with kitchen accessories and wood-burning stove and fridge. In the garden there is garden furniture and a barbecue, an outdoor shower where you can shower under the bar sky. The cabin is furnished with solar cells that provide limited but enough electricity to e.g. fridge and lighting. The cottage is not suitable for families with children/disabled due to the sleeping loft with a steep staircase.

Cozy farmhouse in a country setting

On the east coast of Öland, you will find the charming village of Runsten. Stay in a cozy farmhouse where there is space for the big family. On the backside of the house there is a private secluded place for lovely barbecue evenings and relaxation. It is about 20 km to Färjestaden and 30 km to Borgholm. We live about 4 km from Bjärbybadet a nice and popular sandy beach. There are also many other beaches in the near. Welcome to Öland! One double bed and two rooms with single beds. Upstairs living room. Broadband available.

Welcome to an older charming home in one of the older houses on Kvarnhomen, in central Kalmar. Here you live in a quiet neighborhood with proximity to restaurants, pubs, attractions and in addition several swimming areas, all within 5-15 minutes walking distance. Summertime also runs the bike ferry to Öland right around the corner. The property is well in order, fully equipped for a comfortable stay. You'll also have access to a cozy courtyard, with a patio in the sun and barbecue facilities.

With nature and a living farm around the corner, you can relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Walking distance to cozy farm shop a stone's throw from the property. Forest and lovely nature around and the sea are within easy reach. Also a nice hiking trail is down by the coast for those who like to walk. Bus stop is within reasonable walking distance with bus connection to Kalmar. Vita Sand is worth visiting with its nice jetty, swimming area and playground for the kids.

Vid sidan av detta boende finns även en lägenhet för 2 personer att hyra på Airbnb den heter Seaside apartment. Modern cottage (2020) with panorama view over the archipelago and situated 10 m from the water. This retreat is suitable for family of 4 persons.

Close to the sea holiday home.

Fresh newly built (2023) holiday home with its own swimming jetty. The house is bright and nice with the swimming dock 25 meters from the house. The house has all advisories. The outdoor setting will be updated afterwards with patios and so on. At the pier there is also a small rowing boat if you want to take a little trip in the beautiful archipelago, maybe you want to try your luck at fishing? Warm welcome.

Renovated charming farm house on Öland. The house is located on the east side of Öland in the village Åkerby. This village is located along the eastern road but still secluded thanks to the garden. Close to the sea, Strandtorp or Bjärbybadet not more than a few kilometres away and only 15km to the bridge bracket and less than thirty miles to Kalmar makes it suitable for many different day trips.
