Climate-smart small cabin

Between Nybro and Kalmar is our little cottage. It is newly renovated, simple standard with outdoor toilet (separate). The kitchen is well-equipped with kitchen accessories and wood-burning stove as well as refrigerator. In the garden, there is garden furniture and a barbecue grill, an outdoor shower where you can shower under the open sky. The cabin is equipped with solar cells that provide limited but sufficient electricity for for example, refrigerator and lighting. The cottage is not suitable for families with children/people with disabilities due to the sleeping loft with a steep staircase.

Welcome to a charming accommodation in one of the older houses on Kvarnhomen, in central Kalmar. Here you live in quiet neighborhoods with proximity to restaurants, pubs, attractions and also several swimming areas, all within 2-10 minutes' walking distance. In summer, the bike ferry to Öland also goes right around the corner. The accommodation is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. You have access to a cosy courtyard, with patio and access to a barbecue. If you are looking for accommodation for IRONMAN, this accommodation is perfect!

Welcome to Torestorps Drängstuga - an ancient house in the heart of Småland! Here, the fairy tales, heroes, love, hard work and party live in the walls. The house is about 100 m2 on two floors and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-fired fireplace, a sauna in the forest and Doris the cat is happy to stay with you if you want to have company.

Fresh and newly renovated cottage in idyllic island nook, a very quiet and child-friendly neighborhood 2.5km from the beaches and entertainment life of Köpingsvik, 7km to Borgholm. The cottage is located along the old railway that is part of the island trail ( nice hallway and bike path ). Air conditioning for extra charge 50:- per day 1500 sqm plot with swings trampoline and soccer goal. Lovely terrace facing south, partly covered with outdoor furniture and barbecue.Finns Wifi

Cozy log cabin with proximity to the jetty about 300 meters from the cottage and nice hiking trails nearby. Large garden with barbecue and balcony. Approximately 20 min walk to large campsite, white sand with large playground, sandy beach, outdoor gym and kiosk/street kitchen (summer time) The bedroom has a double bed and in the living room there is a new sofa bed (140 cm) purchased in 2025. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Equipped kitchen with dishwasher.

Iron Man Kalmar The apartment is highly appreciated by previous participants since it’s located just 3 km away from the starting point of Iron Man Kalmar. For you who aren’t participating in the race, the location is even better. It’s just a couple of hundred meters from both the cycle course where the triathletes pass two times (1 lap, both directions) and the running course where the triathletes pass six times (3 laps, both directions).

Comfortable double bed in the bedroom and access to two extra beds in comfortable sofa bed for two in the living room. Bed linens, bed linen and towels included. Private cozy patio with barbecue , dining area and comfortable rest areas. Full equipped kitchen.

Renovated charming farmhouse on Öland. The house is located on the eastern side of Öland in the village of Åkerby. This village is located along the eastern road but still secluded thanks to the garden. Proximity to the sea, Strandtorp or Bjärby-badet not more than a few kilometers away and only 15 km to the bridge and barely 30 km to Kalmar makes it suitable for many different day trips.
