The cottage is located right next to the Baltic Sea, outside Bergkvara located midway between Kalmar and Karlskrona with about 4 miles to each cities (about 25 minutes by car). The cottage was finished in 2022 and is 45 sqm + loft. The cottage has all the amenities you can imagine with sea views from all rooms. Bed sheets & towels can be rented at 15€/SEK 150 per set. 150m from the cottage, there is also a swimming area with a sandy beach, swimming docks and raft, as well as fantastic hiking trails both north and south.

Welcome to a fantastic little guest house just a few steps from the ocean, wake up to the sound of the sea. Enjoy a coffee on the patio after a morning swim. Borrow a canoe and paddle in the archipelago or bike into the historic and cozy city center 20 minutes away by bike, enjoy restaurants and shops. The house is really fresh, 2 bedrooms with double beds, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower and wc. A great porch to enjoy food and drinks overlooking the water and its wildlife.

The cottage is about 9km from the city and we are close to excursions on foot, bike and with car. The cottage is the accommodation for you who want to stay and enjoy your holiday as we have a fully equipped kitchen, fridge/freezer, washing machine. If you are a bigger family, you can book our Attefallshus next door, so you have the whole plot and all the patio to yourself.

The apartment is in a quiet area but still central and close to everything Kalmar has to offer! There is a parking space on private property. It is no coincidence that Kalmar has been named Sweden's summer city! Small patio in a beautiful environment.

In this centrally located apartment (3 rooms and kitchen, 67m2) it is close to everything and at the same time quiet and with a patio by the garden in a sheltered courtyard. One bedroom with a double bed but also a sofa bed for two in the living room. Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, stove, oven and microwave. Parking is done straightforward for a small fee (SEK 20/day) the street outside.
