Apartment is located on the main promenade in Nis, across from the Main square. It's fully renovated and equipped with new furniture in 2017. It is characterized by modern interior with suspended ceilings and various lighting. It contains a large double bed and a sofa with TV and club tables makes the area for the living room. It has a large kitchen with induction hotplates and refrigerator and dining table near the kitchen. There is a spacious bathroom with a large shower stall with no door.

Studio apartment is excellent for two persons. it's equipped with all necessary stuff even for longer stay. There are many shops, restaurants, coffee shops around.
