As you enter the front door of the cottage, the green of the trees and the sparkling light of the ocean jumps into your eyes.The living room, which has an atrium and is about 20 tatami mats in size, has a sofa, kitchen, loft, and a fireplace in winter, and is a relaxing space for families and friends. When you go out from the window to the terrace, you can see the sky and sea spreading out from the sea.You can luxuriously feel the breeze and sky flowing gently in the jacuzzi and hammock swing. From the terrace, go up one more flight of stairs to the sky deck.There is only nature as far as the eye can see.The breathtaking view spreads out before you. The relaxed flow of the sea and fishing boats in Izu, you can hear the sound of birds in the creek.It's a great detox. Then, go down one floor to enjoy a charcoal BBQ while listening to the babbling of the river in the forest.Delicious, fun, and a great memory. We are confident that the luxury resort-specified furniture and amenities will satisfy even the most seasoned travelers. There are also many sightseeing spots nearby, so you can enjoy Shimoda! The interior, inspired by southern France, is based on gray and light blue, and the low beds are semi-double sized. For the mattress, you can choose between a firm mattress and a luxury [Sealy] mattress, or a USA luxury bed king down [Legaria] mattress that feels like you're wrapped in clouds. We aimed to create a relaxing space. It is also soundproofed with double sashes and is ideal for workation with high-speed WiFi + Bluetooth speakers. This tiny house is within walking distance to all the beaches in Kisami. (Iritahama is the nearest beach, 7 minutes on foot/11 m above sea level) Especially recommended for those who love the sea, surfing, and swimming! There is also a Wi-Fi environment in the facility, so please use it for long-term stays and travel as a base for workcation and Izu travel. The kitchen is equipped with a single burner stove (gas) and simple cooking utensils, dishes, and condiments. We also provide free rental items for guests to use. Bicycles and kickboards are available for free, so please feel free to use them for a stroll during your stay. If you'd like to BBQ, please check the house rules for details. Also, please note that the facility is non-smoking, so please smoke outdoors. Please see the house rules for smoking areas. Access is 10 minutes by bus from Izukyu Shimoda Station, get off at Iritah stop and walk 3 minutes, or 5 minutes by car from Izukyu Shimoda Station. It is a great space for those who enjoy a view of Irita Beach, a beach recognized as the highest ranked water quality AA, from a hill, the sound of birds chirping, the sound of the wind, and embracing nature as they are. Forget about your daily routine and spend a quiet time in a secluded natural setting, or use it as a workation or telework. I look forward to it.
