Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Kankakee County

Thanks a lot. Our stay in this cottage was amazing. Everything was great. Indoor and outdoor place was really quiet and beautiful. Our family spent a really good time together.

SO clean. Literally felt like everything was new. Extremely well stocked kitchen for dishes, cookware, appliances. Even had a popcorn machine with popcorn to pop! River view was nice and out door spaces were great. Very quiet and peaceful. Well maintained. Literally walked around barefoot in there and I DO NOT do that outside of my home.

The home was beautiful. Robert was very flexible, allowing us to get in a little bit early, and he can communicate with us throughout our stay.

I had a great stay. I was looking for a temporary stay while i relocated to area and found permanent accommodations. I stayed for a month and was very comfortable the whole time. Sherry has a lovely home and she was very welcoming.

Most comfortable, peaceful & welcoming stay I’ve had since I’ve been in Illinois and I look forward to booking with them again Multiple times Very friendly and responds quickly They won’t have you wondering and everything will be exactly as they say I love their hosting

The location was perfect for my wife and I. It fit all of our needs Great view of the river. Relaxing and tranquil. Great host. Couldn't ask for anyone better. Always with a quick response to any question that may be asked. We would definitely choose this for a future stay.

This location is a beautiful home. I can't fault Shawn on nothing. The location though is far from Chicago; like 50 miles far. I did not realize that Illinois has so many small rural areas. So, for me, there was not much to do, but it was a peaceful stay.

This home was a great place, lots of space for us to spend time and the view of the river was gorgeous. My kids felt right at home and while the neighbor houses are really close it was still quite private. Not walking distance to the town but we were able to take a long walk down the road without much traffic and it was beautiful. Lots of board games my kids enjoyed playing and was so nice that snacks were provided. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Wow! Beautiful, secluded cabin with plenty of space inside and outside! Very clean and we were very well accommodated! Loved how we were surrounded by nature. Can't wait to go back and visit/stay at Donna's cabin in the future! Thank you!
