Facility name [Uchino Jikka] This is my family home, where my parents ran a guest house for 30 years. After closing the guest house, my parents renovated it and planned to live here for the rest of their lives. However, after giving up their driving licences, it became inconvenient for them to do even basic shopping, so they moved to a place near the station. (My parents are still doing well) My parents' house, which had become vacant, is now available for everyone to use as their "Jikka": a place of peace, healing, learning and laughter. In addition to trips with family and friends, there are also whiteboards and conference tables and chairs, so you can also use it for small seminars and workshops. I would be delighted if you could relax here as if it were your second home. "Let's go to Ito because there's 'our Jikka' there!"When you invite your friends, it gets a bit more complicated, which I think is interesting! The bath is a free-flowing natural hot spring that can be used by one person. You can bathe 24 hours a day. The sea is a 3-minute walk away. You can walk there in your swimsuit. The kitchen is equipped with a full set of cooking utensils. (There are no condiments, etc.) Parking lot: can accommodate 4 cars side by side Security cameras are installed inside and outside the building in accordance with the guidance of the public health centre. Minpaku Gororin is a private rental accommodation located in Yugawara, Kanagawa Prefecture.A 60-year-old traditional house has been renovated, and the hosts are a local couple in their sixties.I live in the adjacent main house and will be happy to provide information and assistance. You can enjoy a BBQ in our garden with a view of the sea (facilities are free of charge).
