First of - Kathy’s Kottage offers a uniquely private, warm and inviting detached cottage. We are not a huge commercial venture, but owned, operated, maintained, and cleaned by hosts who live within 150 yards. The Kottage is our only offering. We charge a cleaning fee of $35 a stay, so there isn't a list of chores at check out. We take up to 4 hours between every stay to extensively clean and disinfect every surface. We are proud of the Kottage as shown in every review over the last four years.

Relax inside on the 12' sectional and watch your favorite movie on a 150" screen! Little kids will love swinging on the back yard playset, or climbing on the 25' pirate ship and two-story castle! Pool table in the game room is great for all ages! All bedrooms feature plush bedding and high quality mattresses and smart TVs. Full kitchen cutlery and utensils.

A clawfoot tub sets the scene for the ultimate romantic urban getaway. All 8 guest rooms have private bedrooms & bathrooms. Heads up: our lobby bar is open most Wed–Sat, with quiet hours starting at 1 AM. Not ideal for light sleepers! There’s no TV, and our linens lean crisp over cushy, thanks to the commercial sanitizing service we use.

The cottage has a 1 queen size bed and a mattress in the loft . Please note: we do live on this property and the cottage is next to our main house. We have friendly outdoor cats they do freely roam the property.
