Holiday rentals with a sauna in Kanta-Häme

Vietimme Reijon vieraana muutaman iloisen päivän. Miellyttävän rauhallinen ja hyvällä maulla sisustettu kohde ja isäntä huippuystävällinen!

Kaikki oli hienoa. Päivi antoi selkeät ohjeet kirjautumiseen, se oli erittäin helppoa. Päivi on erittäin ystävällinen ja aina yhteydessä. Asunto on ihana ja viihtyisä, meillä oli kivaa.

We had a nice as a group with 4 young kids. We enjoyed the great scenery through the large front windows, and especially the nice sauna and the hot tub. The kids loved running around the yard and making s’mores at the fire pit. Nice and private space, likely even better in the summer with the lake. The attention to detail in the house and facilities is really top notch and the house is clutter free (excellent for young kids). The only drawback I’d mention is that the lake water that comes from the sink and shower smells & tastes bad, but it wasn’t really an issue for us as the filter tap for drinking water in the kitchen works great. Just something to bear in mind. Overall, great time and would return.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances au chalet de Heta et de Kimmo qui nous ont bien accueilli et bien expliqué le fonctionnement du cottage. Le cottage est facilement accessible en voiture. L’endroit est calme avec une superbe vue sur le lac. Concernant le cottage: -La pompe pour remplir les réserves d’eau avec l’eau du lac est pratique -La literie est propre et confortable -Les équipements de cuisine sont de bonne qualité -Les produits de base étaient présents (sel, poivre, épices, huile, vinaigre, café, lait…) -L’eau potable était fournie pour le séjour ainsi que les boissons dans le frigo, ce qui a été très appréciable à notre arrivée. -Nous avons bien profité des stand up paddle et de la barque. -Les enfants ont appris à pêcher pour la première fois et ils ont trop adoré. -Nous avons aussi bien profité du sauna. Merci à Heta et à Kimmo de nous avoir permis de vivre une vie traditionnelle finlandaise pendant ces quelques jours. Nous allons garder un souvenir inoubliable!

We had a very special holiday at the cabin! The hosts were very kind and generous (we got a lift to and from the accommodation and they were available to hear the sauna whenever we wanted it). The cabin felt very comfortable, tranquil and private. The bikes made an already very walkable location even easier. The cabin was perfect for our weekend getaway and had everything we needed to cook, relax and rejuvenate. We will very happily return to Hämeenlinna and this cabin.

We had a magical stay at this beautiful home and Nina and her husband were very helpful, kind and welcoming hosts. The property and surroundings are beautiful and we loved to sauna everyday as well cold plunge. Lots of nice walks around as well. Thanks so much!

Aivan ihana majoitus kauniilla paikalla. Meitä oli 9 aikuista ja mahduimme hienosti majoittumaan. Kohteessa oli riittävästi astioita, taloustarvikkeita, tyynyjä, tekemistä ja kaikkea mitä tarvitsimme. Todella ystävällinen ja vieraanvarainen majoittaja.

This place is nothing short of magical. Tucked away in the forest, it offers total peace, privacy, and a level of comfort that far exceeded our expectations. The cabin is beautifully designed, extremely well-equipped, and clearly built with care and attention to detail. The sauna, the whirlpool, the silence—you feel like the world stops spinning for a while. Communication with the hosts was smooth and professional from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. If you’re looking to disconnect from the chaos and reconnect with yourself (or each other), this is the place. We’ll definitely be back.
