Walking distance to shop, pharmacy, train station (Uddevalla Östra 800 m.), bus station, bathhouse, cinema, library, etc. Located in lush garden on quiet street, same plot where the owner lives. One parking space is available. Access to wifi. Smoking prohibited. All bed linens and towels are included. Welcome!

60 sqm cottage with its own beach & older standard. Two bedrooms, one bathroom with toilet and shower, and a washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, plus an induction hob with oven. Sofa bed in the living room. Dining areas for 6 people both inside and outside on the terrace facing the sea. Gas barbecue, parasol, access to private beach. Please note that there are a couple of steps down to the beach (!) 3 kayaks, 1 double and 2 single, and a small rowing boat are available during the stay. There is a wood-fired hot tub.
