A newly built house in the countryside, large apartment on the upper floor of 140 sqm with an open-plan layout. The house is located on a farm with the forest just behind and a large garden with a lawn. The apartment has all the amenities, such as a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet/shower and a washing machine. 4 beds (double bed + sofa bed) If there are more of you in the group, there is space for your own mattress or a cot. A few hundred metres away, there is a wind shelter with a barbecue area by a pond. A wood-fired natural sauna can be rented for an additional SEK 500.

Welcome to share our summer paradise on Orust in beautiful Nösund, located on the west coast with the sea as your closest neighbor. The apartment is on the first floor of the large house and is 90 m2 with lake views from almost all rooms. Directly outside the apartment there is a terrace of 150 m2 with exit from almost all rooms. 2 bedrooms with 180 cm double beds, 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed and 1 bedroom with single bed 90 cm, two of the bedrooms have their own toilet, There is also a larger bathroom with toilet and shower.

Villa Holmen offers quiet accommodation close to nature, ideal for families and for those seeking relaxation and outdoor activities. A boat is available to borrow at no extra cost during your stay (please let us know in advance). For fishing throughout the entire lake, we offer fishing permits for €50.
