Die Terrasse vor der Küche, mit Blick auf den See, lädt zum Frühstücken ein, die zweite Terrasse vor dem Wohn-/Schlafraum, zu einem "Sundowner" bei Sonnenuntergangsstimmung, Seeblick und Lagerfeuerromantik. With about 950 inhabitants, Halsbach is the smallest municipality in the district of Altötting. The small town is located in the idyllic foothills of the Alps and impresses on "föhnigen" days with good distant views with a magnificent view of the Bavarian mountains. The nearby pilgrimage site of Altötting with its churches and Christian sights, the longest castle in Europe in Burghausen and the proximity to Lake Chiem make the region the ideal starting point for a vacation in Bavaria.

The area is very rural, the apartment is located in the attic (2nd floor), quiet, undisturbed. Surrounded by farms and lots of forest, you can relax well near Salzburg and still be immediately in the center of the action by car. Supermarkets are very quickly accessible, Lake Wallersee is within sight. Ideal as a starting point for swimming and hiking and exploring Salzburg. The Salzkammergut, Hallstatt and Königssee are also within easy reach. Also easy to do with public transport.

Our apartment is decorated with reclaimed wood, stone, and high-quality materials in the Alpine style. Most of the furniture is beautiful individual pieces. We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.

Our studio apartment is located on the second floor of an old town house at the beginning of the Hallein pedestrian zone. Shops, bakeries, cafes, ice cream parlors and restaurants with beautiful gardens are practically at your doorstep. The medieval salt and Celtic city of Hallein is considered the “little sister” of the cultural city of Salzburg, which can be reached by S-Bahn in approx. 20 minutes.
