2 lovely rooms in old town house

In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Surrounded by hills, forest and a stream, our house is nestled in the middle of green nature, just a stone's throw from the town center, where a baker with an extended offer opens his doors in the morning. The small village is surrounded by three foothills of the Alps in the middle of the Sternen-Naturpark Attersee-Traunsee and offers an ideal starting point for countless excursions and many sporting activities, such as hiking, mountaineering, cycling, skiing, swimming, etc.

The bike ferry to St. Wolfgang is in the immediate vicinity. Ideal location for water sports, hiking, cycling, climbing, paragliding, skiing and Christmas market. Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

The swimming lake with free admission is a 10-minute walk. Thermal region of Geinberg, Bad Füssing Ideal for walks on the Inn (5-minute walk) or bike tours! (+ €2.50 per person / night tourist tax to be paid on site)
