"Lotte", die große Schwester von "Liese" im gleichen Haus. Beide im malerischen Arnis. Die 2023 kernsanierte Maisonette wurde mit einer schnörkellosen Einrichtung versehen. Auf 90 qm finden sich ein großzügiger Wohn- und Küchenraum mit teiloffenen Dachstuhl, einem (Kinder-)Schlafzimmer, einem Bad und Gäste-WC. Darüber ein großzügiger Schlafboden. Über den Hof des Hauses geht es in den Garten - er erstreckt sich bis zur Schlei. Hier lässt es sich am eigenen Steg herrlich baden und entspannen.

Im Ortskern von Maasholm Dorf steht eines der ältesten Häuser (ca 1728 erbaut). Zwei Jahre wurde es restauriert und kombiniert jetzt den Charme der historischen Fischerkate mit modernem Komfort. Dabei entstanden zwei Maisonettwohnungen mit viel Privatsphäre und Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Das Erdgeschoss besticht mit seiner charakteristischen, sichtbaren Holzdecke (2 Meter bis 2,2 Meter) und hellen, freundlichen Räumen. Das Obergeschoss wurde "luftig" bis zum Dachfirst geöffnet.
