The house is located in the Nivegy Valley, surrounded by vineyards, 7 km away from Lake Balaton. It offers a beautiful view of the Nivegy Valley, Hegyestű, Badacsony. The house comes with a 35 m2 terrace equipped with a 6m2 sunshade. Parking is possible in the garden belonging to the house. Inside the house, you'll find a refrigerator, electric stove, Lavazza coffee maker (with complimentary capsules), toaster, kettle, air conditioning, and unlimited WiFi.

Vendégházunk 2025 tavaszán nyitjuk meg azok számára, akik szeretik egy felhő széléről lógatni a lábukat, lábuk alatt az erdő és vadjait meglesni, a reggeli kávé mellett a festői Balaton, legelésző Alpakák és birkákban gyönyörködni. Please note that the fireplace is only for decoration there is central heating in the house. The pool is in operation only between June to end of September. All the rooms have air conditioning!
