Everything was nice and clean. Really good neighbourhood good restaurant and markets. Totally worth the money.

The place is nice. Location is on a "party" side, expect to hear the music at night. Close to the beach and groceries, had few nice bakeries around. Electricity and water bills are charged separately (which is common for Turkey) so read the description of property.

Very nice and beautiful place, clean air, mountains, there are gardens with persimmon, apples, limes, a lot of flowers, everything is kept in a well-maintained condition, there is a place to walk with excellent views of the city, sea and mountains. Very cozy apartment setting, like home, everything is thought through to the smallest detail, everything you need is there (and even more). Marina was available all the time, helped in all matters. A big plus is the opportunity to use the infrastructure of the complex (swimming pools, bath complex, gym). In the main building there is a good restaurant on the 16th floor, very tasty and at reasonable prices, a mini store with everything you need. Of course, with a car it would be much more convenient, but in season there are free shuttles to the beach, and 3 times a day paid bus to the center of Alanya - there are options. We ordered delivery of products from Migros, conveniently. 2 weeks flew by quickly, we were satisfied. Thanks to Marina!

Great apartment for both short and long term stays. Plenty of restaurants nearby, the beach is close to the apartment.

Habib is a great host very nice guy and his house was very nice

The accommodation was very clean and well equipped. All kitchen utensils were available. Also had everything you need for laundry. Very close to the sea, about 5 minutes to get there. Also near the building there are cute cats and kittens! There are markets nearby, but it is better to go to Migros or something similar, since in small markets the prices are 2 times higher. The only downside was the loud music from neighboring establishments, but this was only once on Friday. The rest of the time no sounds from the street bothered us. Also on the last day some terrible family moved into the apartment above us and we found out that the audibility is very high. It's good that it was our last day :)

It was really good. He greeted us at the door. When we arrived, there was a small problem with the electricity and he immediately took care of it and resolved it in minutes. We rented another place, but one of the villas he rented made us have a better experience because he was available. Thank you very much. This is our new address when we go to Alanya. It is recommended to everyone.

Selda is an absolutely fantastic host.Warm, welcoming, and always making sure everything is perfect. My stay at her place was simply unforgettable! The location is breathtaking, with a stunning view over the bay of Alanya. The house is top-tier ,spacious, beautifully decorated, and in impeccable condition. The amenities are outstanding: a fantastic pool, relaxing saunas, and even a billiards table, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I was truly impressed with everything! It is new building, so everything is new. Near you can find 5! supermarkets. I had a car, so for me it was not a problem to go to the sea. But you can use taxi also. Erhan speaks English and he was very friendly. Price is also good.

We stayed with 4 people, every detail was thought out, there was no dryer, they communicated that there was a mistake about it and it was resolved, we left happy, thank you for everything

We were lucky to get a very last-minute booking (other booking fell through); Ferdi was helpful and everything was made easy. The spacious little townhouse is within a large hotel complex. We were very comfortable. The two balconies are in direct sun all morning. Electricity and water are charged for separately; for our three-night stay this was only a few pounds.

It's a resort on top of a hill. Very spacious apartment with a nice view. Good gym and other facilities. Make sure you have a car when you come here (or use taxis), since the distance to the town is quite far.

This place is cozy for the company and looks much better than on the photos. Location and the view are fantastic. Very friendly host.
